Ross Cooke (born 1 February 1988) is an English professional wrestler currently signed to Pro Wrestling Noah. He is best known for his time with WWE, where he performed on the NXT UK brand under the ring name Saxon Huxley. [1]
Cooke grew up in Greatham, Hartlepool, England. He first saw WWF on Sky TV in early 1992 and cites the Roddy Piper vs. Bret Hart match for the Intercontinental Title at WrestleMania VIII as the reason he became a lifelong fan of wrestling. He attended Manor College of Technology secondary school. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Sunderland.
Cooke first began professional wrestling training in Calgary, Alberta, Canada where he graduated Lance Storm's Storm Wrestling Academy September 2009 class. [2] He would go on to settle on the ring name Saxon Huxley. In 2013 and 2014 Huxley spent both the entire summers training with Brian Kendrick at the Brian Kendrick School of Pro-Wrestling in Los Angeles, California. He competed on the local independent scene, most notably for Championship Wrestling from Hollywood. [3]
Huxley was a regular competitor on the British independent circuit from late 2014 onwards, performing for promotions such as Grapple Wrestling, [4] Megaslam Wrestling, [5] and Rise Underground Pro Wrestling. [6]
Huxley made his WWE debut on 14 January 2017 in the 2017 WWE United Kingdom Championship Tournament. He was eliminated in the first round by Sam Gradwell. [7] On the 31 October 2018, episode of NXT UK , he competed in his first match on the NXT UK brand, losing to Trent Seven. [8] On 18 August 2022, Huxley was released from his WWE contract. [9]
Huxley made his debut in Pro Wrestling Noah on 19 March 2023, at Great Voyage in Yokohama where he teamed up with Hideki Suzuki to defeat Mohammed Yone and Yoshiki Inamura. He was also presented as the newest member of the Sugiura-gun stable led by Takashi Sugiura. [10] He continued competing regularly in various of the promotion's signature pay-per-views. At Green Journey in Sendai on 16 April 2023, he teamed up with stablemates Hideki Suzuki and Timothy Thatcher to defeat Yoshiki Inamura, Kinya Okada and Sean Legacy in six-man tag team competition. [11] At Noah Majestic 2023, he teamed up with Thatcher as "Real" and defeated Takashi Sugiura and Shuhei Taniguchi to win the GHC Tag Team Championship. [12] On 4 May at Majestic, Huxley and Thatcher defeated Sugiura and Taniguchi to win the GHC Tag Team Championship. In August, Huxley took part in the 2023 N-1 Victory, finishing the tournament with a record of three wins and four losses, failing to advance to the finals of the tournament. On 24 September at Grand Ship In Nagoya, Huxley and Thatcher lost the GHC Tag Team Championship to Good Looking Guys (Jack Morris and Anthony Greene). [13]
From February 24 to March 10, Thatcher and Huxley took part in the 2024 Victory Challenge Tag League, where they finished the tournament with a record of five wins and two losses, advancing to the tournament's finals. On March 10, they were defeated in the finals of the tournament by Kaito Kiyomiya and Ryohei Oiwa. [14] However on March 17, it was announced that Kiyomiya, was forced to withdraw from the title match for the GHC Tag Team Championship due to a spinal cord concussion sustained during training, leading Huxley and Thatcher, who finished as the Victory Challenge Tag League runners-up to replace them. At the title match, at Great Voyage in Yokohama, Thatcher and Huxley unsuccessfully challenged Jack Morris and Anthony Greene for the GHC Tag Team Championship. [15]

The Global Honored Crown (GHC) Heavyweight Championship is the professional wrestling world heavyweight championship created and promoted by Pro Wrestling Noah, which was merged with Japanese promotion DDT to form CyberFight in 2020. It is one of CyberFight's two top men's world titles, alongside the KO-D Openweight Championship in DDT Pro-Wrestling. The title was also defended on Impact Wrestling which has a working relationship with Pro Wrestling Noah. It was created on April 15, 2001 when Mitsuharu Misawa defeated Yoshihiro Takayama in a 16-man tournament final. Though its name implies a particular weight class, it has been periodically held by junior heavyweights, including Yoshinari Ogawa, Kenta, Naomichi Marufuji, Katsuhiko Nakajima and Kenoh. The current champion is Kaito Kiyomiya, who is in his third reign. He defeated El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. at Wrestle Magic on May 4, 2024, in Tokyo, Japan.
The Global Honored Crown (GHC) Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling tag team title in Japanese promotion Pro Wrestling Noah. It was created on October 19, 2001, when Scorpio and Vader defeated Jun Akiyama and Akitoshi Saito in a tournament final. Though it is typically contested among heavyweights, some junior heavyweights such as Naomichi Marufuji and Yoshinari Ogawa have held it in the past. It is currently one of two tag team titles in Noah, along with the GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship.
Kenta Kobayashi, known mononymously as Kenta, is a Japanese professional wrestler. He currently works for New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), where he is a member of the Bullet Club stable. A former amateur kickboxer, Kobayashi's wrestling style is based upon strong kicks and strikes. Kobayashi pioneered both the Go 2 Sleep and Busaiku Knee kick finishing manoeuvres, later popularized by CM Punk and Bryan Danielson, respectively.
Naomichi Marufuji is a Japanese professional wrestler currently signed to Pro Wrestling Noah. Marufuji is a four-time GHC Heavyweight Champion, as well as the first of two men to win Junior Heavyweight Championships in all three major Japanese promotions. In 2009, he was appointed to the position of Vice President of Pro Wrestling Noah, and has retained the position since, being reappointed in September 2011. He also makes occasional appearances in other professional wrestling promotions including New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW), Ring of Honor (ROH), and Impact Wrestling.
The N-1 Victory is an annual professional wrestling round-robin tournament held by Pro Wrestling Noah, established in 2010 as the Global League. In 2019, the tournament was rebranded as the N-1 Victory.
The Mighty Don't Kneel (TMDK) are a professional wrestling stable performing in New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). The stable consists of Mikey Nicholls, Shane Haste, Bad Dude Tito, Zack Sabre Jr., Robbie Eagles and Kosei Fujita; Sabre Jr. is a two-time and inaugural NJPW World Television Champion, while Nicholls and Haste are current IWGP World Tag Team Champions in their first reign, and are two-time and current Strong Openweight Tag Team Champions. The stable was primarily known as a tag team in Pro Wrestling Noah, with Nicholls and Haste being two-time GHC Tag Team Champions. Timothy Andrew Moura, better known by the ring name Timothy Thatcher, is an American professional wrestler currently performing for Pro-Wrestling NOAH and Major League Wrestling (MLW). He was previously signed to WWE, where he performed on the NXT brand.
Kaito Kiyomiya is a Japanese professional wrestler who is currently signed to Pro Wrestling Noah, where he is the current and three-time GHC Heavyweight Champion. He also makes appearances for partner promotion New Japan Pro-Wrestling.

He also known for his time in WWE where he mainly performed in the 205 Live brand under the ring name of August Grey.
Good Looking Guys was a professional wrestling stable, based in the Pro Wrestling Noah (Noah) promotion and was only led by Jake Lee between 2023 and 2024. The stable was initially composed of gaijins Jack Morris and Anthony Greene who were led by Jake Lee and started as a trio. Tadasuke, YO-HEY and LJ Cleary later joined the stable.
