Friedrich Krupp AG Hoesch-Krupp trading as Krupp, was the largest company in Europe at the beginning of the 20th century as well as Germany's premier weapons manufacturer during both world wars. It produced battleships, U-boats, tanks, howitzers, guns, utilities, and hundreds of other commodities. The company also produced steel used to build railroads in the United States and to cap the Chrysler Building.

Berlin Ostkreuz station is a station on the Berlin S-Bahn suburban railway and the busiest interchange station in Berlin. It is in the former East Berlin district of Friedrichshain, now part of the borough of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. A smaller part of the station is in Rummelsburg, part of the borough of Lichtenberg. The station is a Turmbahnhof with the Berlin–Frankfurt (Oder) railway and the Prussian Eastern Railway on the lower level and the Berlin Ringbahn on the upper level. It is used by a total of around 235,000 passengers every day on eight lines, entering or leaving.

The Prussian Eastern Railway was a railway in the Kingdom of Prussia and later Germany until 1918. Its main route, approximately 740 kilometers (460 mi) long, connected the capital, Berlin, with the cities of Danzig and Königsberg. At Eydtkuhnen it reached the German Empire's border with the Russian Empire. The first part of the line opened in 1851, reaching Eydtkuhnen in 1860. By March 1880 the total route length reached 2,210 kilometers (1,370 mi), with a main parallel route in the south via Bromberg and Thorn to Insterburg. The lines were the first part of the later Prussian State Railways.
The Dill Railway is a 73 km-long double-track electrified railway line, which runs from Gießen in Hesse to Siegen in North Rhine-Westphalia. The line is mainly worked by regional trains, including diesel multiples of the DreiLänderBahn, except for the IC 34, which runs between Frankfurt and Siegen, stopping in Dillenburg. The southern section between Haiger and Gießen was built by the Cologne-Minden Railway Company in 1862 as part of its line from Deutz and is one of the oldest railways in Germany. The section from Haiger to Siegen was opened in 1915 by the Prussian state railways.

Berlin-Rummelsburg Betriebsbahnhof station is a former freight yard, currently used as a Betriebsbahnhof, in the suburb of Rummelsburg in the Lichtenberg district of Berlin. It is primarily used as a depot for the storage and maintenance of passenger train sets used for long-distance traffic. In particular, InterCity Express trains terminating in Berlin are stored there. Deutsche Bahn officially call the station Berlin-Rummelsburg, but it is not to be confused with the more westerly Berlin-Rummelsburg S-Bahn station. The S-Bahn section of the precinct is called S-Bahnhof Betriebsbahnhof Berlin-Rummelsburg, which is classifies as a Haltepunkt. It is served by S-Bahn line S3.
Duke University Medical Center Patient Rapid Transit or Personnel Rapid Transit (PRT) was an automated people mover system located at the Duke University Medical Center in North Carolina, in the United States. The system was in operation from 1979 to 2009. The PRT was notable for having cars propelled by a linear induction motor and suspended on a bed of compressed air similar to a hovercraft. Uniquely, the cars could move sideways, as well as backwards and forwards.

The Dubai Frame is an observatory, museum and monument in Zabeel Park, Dubai. It holds the record for the largest frame in the world. The building has a height of 150.24 meters and a width of 95.53 meters. The building mainly serves as an observatory, providing views of old Dubai in the north and newer parts in the south.
The ParkShuttle is an electrically-driven, autonomous shuttle service that runs between Kralingse Zoom metro station in Rotterdam to the Rivium business park in Capelle aan den IJssel. The system first opened 1999 and has been extended since. It has three stops in Rivium, a stop Fascinatio and finally at Kralingse Zoom metro station. In 2022 six vehicles of the third generation entered service.
Rheinhausen Ost (east) is a station designated as a Haltepunkt (halt) in the Duisburg suburb of Rheinhausen in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It was built in 1907 after the commissioning of the Rheinhausen–Kleve railway on the left (western) bank of the Lower Rhine for workers of the Krupp’s steel works. The station was directly at the main entrance to the steel works, Tor 1, which is now heritage-listed.
MULTI is the first cable-less elevator developed by TK Elevator. Rather than using cables to lift the elevator, MULTI uses linear motors. As well as moving vertically between floors of a building, MULTI can also move horizontally through a floor of a building. MULTI is being tested at Rottweil Test Tower.
