Share Your Love is a studio album by country singer Kenny Rogers, released in 1981. Produced by Lionel Richie, it is also Rogers' first with Liberty Records besides his Greatest Hits album. The album has sold nine million copies worldwide.
Rogers recorded portions of the album at Concorde Recording Center, where he had recorded his single "Lady", and purchased the recording studio in May 1981, before the album was completed. He later re-named the studio Lion Share Studios. [2]
Four singles were released from this Share Your Love. "I Don't Need You" charted at number 1 on the US and Canadian country charts as well as reaching the top of the US Adult Contemporary charts, and number 3 on the US Hot 100. The title cut "Share Your Love With Me" reached number 14 on the Hot 100 and 5 in the US Country charts, though it did reach number 2 in Canada and led the US Adult Contemporary charts. Rogers then took a break to release a single from his first Christmas album. "Blaze of Glory", which featured Kin Vassy on backing vocals, was also released as a single. Although it was a lesser hit than the first two singles, it still made the top ten. The final single, "Through The Years", returned Rogers to the very top by putting him at No. 1 the Adult Contemporary charts once again.
The album reached No. 1 on the country charts and No. 6 on the pop charts, reaching platinum and double-platinum status in the US and Canada, respectively.

Kenny Rogers was an American singer and songwriter. He was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2013. Rogers was particularly popular with country audiences but also charted more than 120 hit singles across various genres, topping the country and pop album charts for more than 200 individual weeks in the United States alone. He sold more than 100 million records worldwide during his lifetime, making him one of the best-selling music artists of all time. His fame and career spanned multiple genres: jazz, folk, pop, rock, and country. He remade his career and was one of the most successful cross-over artists of all time.
Lionel Richie is the debut solo studio album by American singer Lionel Richie, released on October 6, 1982, on Motown Records. Originally intended as a side project at the suggestion of Motown, it was recorded and released while Richie was still a member of the Commodores; he left the group shortly after the album's release. The first single from the album, "Truly", topped the Billboard Hot 100. Follow-up single "You Are" reached number four, and "My Love" reached number five. The album reached number one on the Cashbox albums chart on December 11, 1982.

Once Upon a Christmas is a collaborative studio album by Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton. It was released on October 29, 1984, by RCA Records. The album was produced by Rogers with David Foster. It was Rogers' second Christmas album, following 1981's Christmas, and Parton's first. The album's release was accompanied by a CBS television special, Kenny & Dolly: A Christmas to Remember. The album was certified 2× Platinum by the RIAA in 1989.
Back to Front is the first compilation album by American singer Lionel Richie, which was released on May 5, 1992, by Motown Records. It contains songs from both his successful solo career and as part of the band the Commodores, along with three new tracks (1–3).
