Central Equatoria is a state in South Sudan. With an area of 43,033 square kilometres (16,615 sq mi), it is the smallest of the original South Sudanese states. Its previous name was Bahr al-Jabal, named after a tributary of the White Nile that flows through the state. It was renamed Central Equatoria in the first Interim Legislative Assembly on 1 April 2005 under the government of Southern Sudan. Central Equatoria seceded from Sudan as part of the Republic of South Sudan on 9 July 2011. The state's capital, Juba, is also the national capital of South Sudan. On October 2, 2015, the state was split into three states: Jubek, Terekeka, and Yei River. The state of Central Equatoria was re-established by a peace agreement signed on 22 February 2020.
King's Highway 11, commonly referred to as Highway 11, is a provincially maintained highway in the Canadian province of Ontario. At 1,784.9 kilometres (1,109.1 mi), it is the second longest highway in the province, following Highway 17. Highway 11 begins at Highway 400 in Barrie, and arches through northern Ontario to the Ontario–Minnesota border at Rainy River via Thunder Bay; the road continues as Minnesota State Highway 72 across the Baudette–Rainy River International Bridge. North and west of North Bay, Highway 11 forms part of the Trans-Canada Highway. The highway is also part of MOM's Way between Thunder Bay and Rainy River.
King's Highway 402, commonly referred to as Highway 402 and historically as the Blue Water Bridge Approach, is a 400-series highway in the Canadian province of Ontario that connects the Blue Water Bridge international crossing near Sarnia to Highway 401 in London. It is one of multiple trade links between Ontario and the Midwestern United States. It is four lanes for much of its length, though the approach to the Blue Water Bridge is six lanes.
Road America is a motorsport road course located near Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, United States on Wisconsin Highway 67. Nimule is a city in the southern part of South Sudan in Magwi County, Eastern Equatoria. It lies approximately 197 kilometres (122 mi), by road, southeast of Juba, the capital of South Sudan and largest city in the country. The town also lies approximately 120 kilometres (75 mi), by road, north of Gulu, Uganda, the nearest large city.
Taban Deng Gai is a South Sudanese politician who has been one of the Vice Presidents of South Sudan in the unity government since February 2020. He served as the First Vice President of South Sudan from 23 July 2016 to February 2020. He was mining minister before being appointed as acting first vice president.
The Georgian S1 route, is a "road of international importance" with a registered length of 542.7 kilometres (337.2 mi) within the Georgian classification system, which makes it the longest Georgian highway route. It runs from Tbilisi via Mtskheta, Gori, Khashuri, Zestaponi, Kutaisi, Samtredia, Senaki, Zugdidi, Sukhumi and Gagra to the border with Russia near Leselidze at the northwestern tip of the country, covering in practice 537 kilometres (334 mi). After crossing the Georgia–Russia border in breakaway Abkhazia, the highway continues to Sochi and Krasnodar as A147. It is part of European E60, E97 and E117 routes and Asian Highways AH5, AH81 and AH82, and connects with six other S-routes.
The Juba–Nimule Road is a road in South Sudan connecting the capital city of Juba in the Jubek State and the town of Nimule in Magwi County in the southern state of Imatong.
Rebecca Joshua Okwaci is a South Sudanese politician, and a member of Parliament and the Chief Whip of the Ruling SPLM Party in the Transitional National Legislative Assembly as of 2022. She was the former Minister of Telecommunications and Postal Services and also the former minister of Roads and Bridges in the Government of the Republic of South Sudan. She is a "prolific peace campaigner and advocate of women's roles in peace", and she is a founder member of several Sudanese, South Sudanese or pan-African women's organisations, including being the Secretary-General of Women Action for Development. In December 2013, Jess Mathias of The Guardian described her to be an ideal role model for young girls over traditionally idolised women such as Rihanna and Beyoncé.

The 2019–2022 Sudanese protests were street protests in Sudan which began in mid-September 2019, during Sudan's transition to democracy, about issues which included the nomination of a new Chief Justice and Attorney General, the killing of civilians by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), the toxic effects of cyanide and mercury from gold mining in Northern state and South Kordofan, opposition to a state governor in el-Gadarif and to show trials of Sudanese Professionals Association (SPA) coordinators, and advocating the dismissal of previous-government officials in Red Sea, White Nile, and South Darfur. The protests follow the Sudanese Revolution's street protests and civil disobedience of the early September 2019 transfer of executive power to the country's Sovereignty Council, civilian prime minister Abdalla Hamdok, and his cabinet of ministers. Hamdok described the 39-month transition period as defined by the aims of the revolution.

Lukudu was a member of the South Sudan National Dialogue and currently a member of the Transitional National Legislature which is equivalent to senate in other countries. He was appointed among the appointees of the Other Political Parties on 17 September 2021.
Martin Elia Lomuro is a South Sudanese politician. Lomuro is currently the Minister of Cabinet Affairs in the Revitalised Transitional Government of National Unity (R-TGoNU) as of 2022. He is also the leader of the National Agenda, a registered political party formally known as South Sudan Democratic Forum, SSSDF.
The Juba–Terekeka–Rumbek Road also Juba–Rumbek Road, is a road in South Sudan, connecting the cities of Juba and Rumbek, through Terekeka, Tindalo and Yirol. As of September 2022, the road is under improvement and rehabilitation to class II bitumen standard, with bridges, culverts, shoulders and drainage channels. The work has been going on since 2019.
Aggrey Jaden Road also known as "Juba-Yei-Morobo-Kaya Road", is a highway which connects South Sudan to the Uganda border. The road stretches from Juba which serves as the capital and the largest city in the country connection via Lainya County to Yei, Morobo and Kaya which is the Boarder Point. The Road was renamed after Aggrey Jaden who was a revolutionary freedom fighter for the struggle of South Sudan independence.
