Simone Tempestini (born 12 August 1994 [1] ) is a Romanian rally driver. He won the 2016 Junior World Rally Championship with the Romanian team Napoca Rally Academy and the Romanian Rally Championship in 2015, 2016, and 2018.
Tempestini made his competition debut in 2009. He won the 2015 and 2016 Romanian Rally Championship driving a Ford Fiesta R5 (and a Citroën DS3 R3T Max, in the last round of 2016) for the Napoca Rally Academy team, followed by another two champion titles, in 2018 and 2019.
Tempestini won both the 2016 JWRC and the WRC 3 categories of the World Rally Championship, driving for the same team. As part of his prize, he competes in the 2017 World Rally Championship-2 driving a Citroën DS3 R5.
He stated that he feels "100% Romanian" although he is the son of the Romanian-Italian driver Marco Tempestini. [2] [3] He has also competed in WRC with an Italian licence. [1]

Petter Solberg is a Norwegian former professional rally and rallycross driver.
The FIA Junior WRC, also known as JWRC and previously known as Junior World Rally Championship, is an international rallying competition restricted to drivers under 29 years old. The championship currently consists of five select rallies of the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC) calendar. The category has been a stepping stone in the careers of Sebastien Loeb and Sébastien Ogier, Dani Sordo, Elfyn Evans, Craig Breen and Thierry Neuville.
Chris Atkinson is a professional rally driver. In the World Rally Championship (WRC), Atkinson drove for the Subaru World Rally Team between 2004 and 2008. His best finish on an individual WRC event is second, which he achieved at the 2008 Rally México and Rally Argentina. The 2018 Rally Turkey was a motor racing event for rally cars that was held over four days between 13 and 16 September 2018. It marked the return and the eleventh running of Rally Turkey, last held in 2010. The event was the tenth round of the 2018 FIA World Rally Championship and its support series, the WRC-2 and WRC-3 championships. It was also the fifth and the last round of the Junior WRC championship. The event was based in Marmaris in Muğla and consists of seventeen special stages totalling 312.44 km (194.14 mi) in competitive kilometres.
