Skin Companion EP 2 [1] is an extended play (EP) by Australian electronic musician Flume. The four-track EP was written during the production of Flume's studio album, Skin , and was released digitally on 17 February 2017, by Future Classic as a companion to the album. [2] [3] The EP was released on vinyl on 5 May 2017.

Upon release, Flume said: "I'm really happy with how the Companion EP 2 has come out. There's so many tracks I've been wanting to get off my chest for so long now and I think it's kinda the end of the Skin kinda campaign and it's a nice way to end it because it's instrumental stuff, there's some vocal collabs... I'm just really proud of how it's turned out." [4]

The EP features vocals from American rapper Pusha T, Moses Sumney, and Glass Animals frontman Dave Bayley.

Savage (Songs from a Broken World) is the eighteenth solo studio album by English musician Gary Numan, released on 15 September 2017 by BMG and The End. Hi This Is Flume is the first mixtape released by Australian electronic musician Flume. It was released on 20 March 2019 by Future Classic. The mixtape follows the release of Flume's Skin: The Remixes in 2017. Hi This Is Flume was announced on 19 March 2019, only days after Flume's documentary When Everything Was New was released to YouTube. Flume began working on the album away from the public eye from 2017, following his commercially-successful album Skin and its world tour.

The track was first premiered on radio Triple J on 26 September 2019 after being performed live for the first time during Flume's Osheaga Festival set in August. "Rushing Back" reached a new peak of number 8 on the ARIA Singles Chart in the week after Triple J's Hottest 100 of 2019 aired, where it was voted in second place. The song features on FIFA 20.

Laura Jane Lowther, known professionally as Kučka, is an English-born Australian singer and producer. Lowther is known for her solo works, in addition to her collaborations with Flume, Vince Staples and ASAP Rocky. She has been praised for her "dreamy, forward-thinking, electronic pop songs" and her "delicate beats, and ethereal vocals". Her debut album, Wrestling, was released on 30 April 2021.
