She co-wrote "Stay" by Zedd and Alessia Cara and "The Middle" by Zedd, Maren Morris and Grey, which both went to #1 on Mainstream Top 40 and were each certified double platinum in the US. In 2019, Aarons was nominated for Song of the Year at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards for her work on "The Middle".

"Rushing Back" reached a new peak of number 8 on the ARIA Singles Chart in the week after Triple J's Hottest 100 of 2019 aired, where it was voted in second place. The song features on FIFA 20.

"On My Knees" is a song by Australian alternative dance group Rüfüs Du Sol, released on 24 September 2021 as the third single from their fourth studio album, Surrender. In a statement James Hunt said "For this song we had a lot of fun writing something that was darker, driving and a little more edgy. It's definitely one of the most banging tracks on the record - we referenced some of our favorite club music for the drum programming and had fun envisioning the time when we could finally play this live. It had an amazing reaction at our Red Rocks shows last month which was really special for us." The song debuted a number 68 on the ARIA Charts.

Palaces is the third studio album by Australian electronic musician Flume, released on 20 May 2022 through Future Classic. It includes collaborations with Oklou, May-a, Quiet Bison, Kučka, Laurel, Virgen María, Emma Louise, Caroline Polachek and Damon Albarn. The album was announced alongside the release of lead single "Say Nothing", featuring May-a.
