[1] The spouse of the deputy prime minister of Malaysia refers to the wife or husband of the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia. To date, twelve women and one man have held the title of the spouse of the deputy prime minister of Malaysia. The spouse of the present Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia is Datin Sri Muhaini Zainal Abidin, with her husband, Ismail Sabri Yaakob was elected as Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia on 7 July 2021.

The Malaysian order of precedence is a hierarchy of important positions within the Government of Malaysia. It has no legal standing but is used by ceremonial protocol. He is a member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU), a component party of the PN and formerly Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalitions and was a member of United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a component party of the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition. After the defeat of BN to PH in the 2018 general election, he resigned from UMNO in 2018 and joined BERSATU in 2019.

The Anwar Ibrahim cabinet is the current federal cabinet of Malaysia, formed on 3 December 2022, nine days after Anwar Ibrahim took office as the 10th Prime Minister of Malaysia. The Premier and Exalted Order of Malacca is the second-highest state order of Malacca which is conferred by the Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Malacca. The order was the state's highest order until the establishment of the Premier and Faithful Exalted Order of Malacca by Yang di-Pertua Negeri Mohd Ali Rustam in 2020. The order was constituted in 1978 and amended in 2016. It is conferred in the single grade of Knight Grand Commander (D.U.N.M.).
