Srikakulam revenue division (or Srikakulam division) is a revenue division in the Srikakulam district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is one of the three revenue divisions in the district with thirteen mandals under its administration. [1] The divisional headquarters are located at Srikakulam.

The division has a population of 10,05,427. Rural population was 7,79,693 and urban population was 2,25,734. Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes make up 9.13% and 0.73% of the population respectively. [1]
98.65% of the population are Hindus. [3] 98.93% of the population spoke Telugu as their first language. [4]
Vizianagaram district is one of the eleven districts in the Coastal Andhra region of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh with its headquarters located at Vizianagaram. The district is bounded on the east by the district of Srikakulam, southwest by the City of Bheemunipatnam, southeast by the Bay of Bengal, and northwest by the state of Odisha. Rama Rao, it was proposed on 26 January 2022 and became one of the twenty-six districts in the state after the gazette notification was issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh on 3 April 2022. The gazette notification came into force on 4 April 2022. It would be composed of the existing Vijayawada revenue division along with Nandigama and Tiruvuru revenue divisions, which are proposed to be formed along with the district. The entire geographical area of the district would be carved out of Krishna district.

Named after Alluri Sitarama Raju, a revolutionary in the Indian independence movement who hailed from the region, the district started it's functions on 4th April 2022 to become one of the twenty six districts in the state. Final notification is issued by the government of Andhra Pradesh on 3rd April 2022. The administrative headquarters of the district is proposed to be at Paderu. It would be formed from Paderu revenue division of Visakhapatnam district and Rampachodavaram revenue division of East Godavari district.
