St Kieran's GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in the combined parishes of Ardagh-Carrigkerry [1] and Coolcappa-Kilcolman [2] in County Limerick, Ireland. The club fields teams in both Gaelic football and hurling. St Kieran's are a member of the west division of Limerick GAA, its home grounds being located at St Kieran's Park, Coolcappa. [3]
St. Kieran's was formed in 1972 as a result of an amalgamation between the Ardagh, Carrigkerry, Coolcappagh and Kilcolman clubs into a single unit. [4] The club instantly became a force in terms of Gaelic football and contested five Limerick SFC finals between 1972 and 1978, however, they failed to claim the title. [5] St Kieran's won their first SFC title in 1981, before adding further honours in 1985 and 1990. [6] The club has also enjoyed hurling success, winning Limerick JHC titles in 2012 and 2022. [7]

Castlehaven Gaelic Football Club is a Cork GAA club in the parish of Castlehaven near the town of Skibbereen, County Cork, Ireland. The club also draws players from the villages of Union Hall, Castletownshend and Tragumna. The club participates in competitions run by Cork GAA and by the Carbery divisional board. The club is primarily concerned with the game of Gaelic football, but has fielded hurling teams in the past. They went from playing at Junior B level in 1969 to reaching the Cork Senior Football Championship final only 10 years later. The club has remained at senior level ever since, even though it draws from a very small pool of players. As of 2023, the club had won the Cork Senior Football Championship on six occasions.
South Liberties is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in County Limerick, Ireland. The club is based in the parish of Donoughmore-Knockea-Roxboro, on the southern outskirts of Limerick City and is affiliated to the East Board of Limerick GAA. It is one of the oldest clubs in the country, founded in 1884, the same year as the GAA. South Liberties' home ground in Ballysheedy is called Dooley Park, in memory of one of the club's greatest players. The club has won many county titles during its history, most notably seven Limerick Senior Hurling Championships; in 1888, 1889, 1890, 1972, 1976, 1978 and 1981. The club currently fields teams in the Senior Hurling and Junior Gaelic football Championships in Limerick.
Meelin GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club is based in Meelin, Cork, Ireland and is part of the Rockchapel and Meelin parish. The club is affiliated with the Duhallow division of Cork GAA and has both a hurling and a Gaelic football team. Until recently, the club did not have a Gaelic football team within the football area represented by Knockscovane GAA Club, which took part in Duhallow division until its amalgamation with Meelin GAA club. Meelin juvenile footballers play with St. Peter's which is an amalgamation of the Meelin, Freemount and Rockchapel clubs at juvenile level. In 2009 Meelin won the Duhallow Junior A Hurling Championship for the first time in 13 years. In 2010, they followed this up with consecutive titles defeating Kilbrin in 2010. This was the start of the club's resurgence that led them to the All-Ireland Junior Final in Croke Park. Meelin won the final with a final score of 0–12 to 1–5 over John Locke's of Kilkenny.
Claughaun Gaelic Athletic Club is a Gaelic Athletic Association club within Limerick GAA, based in St Brigid's parish on the southside of Limerick City, Ireland. The club was founded in 1902, in the Poulin/Pennywell area of St John's parish. It has considerable success over the years in both hurling and Gaelic football. The club grounds are located on the Childers Road, at what has become a prominent venue for games of all levels. The club was relegated to intermediate status in both football and hurling following the 2010 championships. Clauaghaun returned to the Limerick Senior Football Championship after winning the 2020 Limerick Intermediate Football Championship.
Na Piarsaigh is a Gaelic Athletic Association club situated on the north side of Limerick City, Ireland. It was founded in 1968. Following their 2-8 to 2-6 victory in the 2022 Limerick Intermediate Football Championship over Dromcollogher Broadford, Na Piarsaigh are one of Four dual senior club in hurling and Gaelic football in Limerick. The club currently field five adult teams three in hurling and two in football, the most of any club in Limerick. In 2011, Na Piarsaigh won their first ever Munster Senior Club Hurling Championship. In November 2015, Na Piarsaigh won their third Munster Senior Club Hurling Championship after a 2–18 to 2–11 win against Ballygunner in the final. On St Patrick's Day, 2016 Na Piarsaigh won their first ever All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship beating Ruairí Óg, Cushendall 2–25 to 2–14 in Croke Park, becoming the first ever Limerick club to do so. In December 2022 Na Piarsaigh won the Limerick Intermediate Hurling Championship beating Croagh-Kilfinny 1-19 to 0-14, earning promotion to the Limerick Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship for 2023 and are the only club in Limerick to field teams in both the Limerick Senior Hurling Championship & Limerick Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship.
