History
The club was founded in 1888; it is one of the oldest clubs in the county. The club took part in competitions both in east Limerick and also in west Tipperary during the later years of the 19th century.
The club's senior hurling team defeated Ahane on Sunday 18 November 2007 in Caherconlish, to become East Limerick Senior Hurling Champions, 2007. They once again received the Sean Cunningham Cup. Doon have twice reached the final of the Limerick Senior Hurling Championship, losing to Ballybrown in 1989 and Patrickswell (by only one point) in 2000. In 1973 a Doon player, Willy Moore, was present in the Limerick team which beat Kilkenny to win the all-Ireland hurling final. Doon GAA's under-21 team reached the final of the Limerick Under-21 Hurling Championship in 2004 and lost, but returned to the final in 2005 and beat Adare to take the championship for the first time. Doon's success at an underage level is outstanding, winning every county "A" title at each grade.
Moneygall GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in County Tipperary in Ireland. Both hurling and Gaelic football are played in the North Tipperary divisional championships, although the club is mainly known for hurling. The club represents the parish of Dunkerrin, which includes the villages of Moneygall, Dunkerrin and Barna. The Tipperary-Offaly county boundary runs through the parish.
Drom & Inch GAA is a Tipperary GAA club which is located in County Tipperary, Ireland. Both hurling and Gaelic football are played in the "Mid-Tipperary" divisional competitions. The club is centred on the villages Drom, Inch and Barnane which lie near the Devil's Bit mountain range. The club's main grounds is located in Bouladuff, five miles outside Thurles. It is located on the main Thurles to Nenagh R498 road. The club's second pitch is located in Drom Village on the road from Borrisoleigh to Templemore. The club won its first ever Tipperary Senior Hurling Championship in 2011 after a 1–19 to 2–14 win against Clonoulty–Rossmore GAA.
Loughmore–Castleiney GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club in County Tipperary, Ireland. The club competes in the Mid-Tipperary division of Tipperary GAA, and draws its players and support from the parish of the same name. The area comprises the villages of Loughmore and Castleiney with their surrounding hinterland.
Knockavilla–Donaskeigh Kickhams GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in Dundrum, County Tipperary in Ireland. The club participates in both Gaelic football and hurling competitions organised by Tipperary GAA.
JK Brackens is a Gaelic Athletic Association club serving the parish of Templemore, Clonmore and Killea in County Tipperary, Ireland.
Clonakenny GAA club is located in the parish of Bournea between Roscrea and Templemore and therefore is on the border of the Mid and North Division. Around the time of its foundation in 1905, Clonakenny played in the North division for a few years but for the life time of present club members Clonakenny has played in the Mid Division. Ironically, we won a number of North finals in recent years as part of a combination with Moneygall with whom we have joined forces underage.
Moycarkey–Borris GAA is a Tipperary GAA club which is located in County Tipperary, Ireland. Both hurling and Gaelic football are played in the "Mid-Tipperary" divisional competitions. The club is centred on the village of Littleton but also takes in areas such as Two-Mile-Borris, Horse and Jockey, and Moycarkey.
Ballyporeen GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in the parish of Ballyporeen in County Tipperary in Ireland. The club plays Gaelic football at Senior level as part of the South division of Tipperary GAA. The handball section of the club has also had considerable success.
Na Piarsaigh is a Gaelic Athletic Association club situated on the north side of Limerick City, Ireland. It was founded in 1968. Following their 2-8 to 2-6 victory in the 2022 Limerick Intermediate Football Championship over Dromcollogher Broadford, Na Piarsaigh are one of Four dual senior club in hurling and Gaelic football in Limerick. The club currently field five adult teams three in hurling and two in football, the most of any club in Limerick. In 2011, Na Piarsaigh won their first ever Munster Senior Club Hurling Championship. In November 2015, Na Piarsaigh won their third Munster Senior Club Hurling Championship after a 2–18 to 2–11 win against Ballygunner in the final. On St Patrick's Day, 2016 Na Piarsaigh won their first ever All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship beating Ruairí Óg, Cushendall 2–25 to 2–14 in Croke Park, becoming the first ever Limerick club to do so. In December 2022 Na Piarsaigh won the Limerick Intermediate Hurling Championship beating Croagh-Kilfinny 1-19 to 0-14, earning promotion to the Limerick Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship for 2023 and are the only club in Limerick to field teams in both the Limerick Senior Hurling Championship & Limerick Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship.
Old Christians GAA was formed in Limerick, Ireland in 1962 for the development of the games of Hurling and Gaelic Football in the southern part of the city. Since then the club has gone on to develop many league and championship winning teams at all level and has contributed to the county with many noteworthy players including Bernie Hartigan who won an All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship with Limerick in 1973. Ger Hegarty also won a Munster title and a National Hurling League medal in the mid-1990s.
Croom GAA club is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in Croom, County Limerick, Ireland. The club was founded in 1884 and fields teams in both hurling and Gaelic football.
Fedamore GAA club is a Gaelic Athletic Association club in Fedamore, County Limerick, Ireland. The club fields teams in both hurling and Gaelic football. The club has won the Limerick Senior Hurling Championship on two occasions in 1912 and 1927.
Crecora/Manister is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in the parishes of Crecora and Manister in County Limerick. The club was founded in 1885. The club fields teams in hurling from underage up to Junior A, and in Gaelic football from underage to Intermediate.
Pallasgreen GAA club is a Gaelic Athletic Association club in Pallasgreen/Templebraden parish in east County Limerick, Ireland. The club was founded in 1887 and is a dual club fielding teams in both hurling and Gaelic football.
Lisgoold GAA Club is a gaelic football, hurling and ladies football club based in the village of Lisgoold, County Cork, Ireland. The club draws its support from Leamlara, Ballincurrig, Peafield and Lisgoold itself. The club fields teams in Cork GAA and Imokilly GAA divisional competitions.

William O'Donoghue is an Irish hurler who plays as a midfielder for club side Na Piarsaigh which he captains and at inter-county level with the Limerick senior hurling team.
The Limerick county hurling team represents Limerick in hurling and is governed by Limerick GAA, the county board of the Gaelic Athletic Association. The team competes in the three major annual inter-county competitions; the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship, the Munster Senior Hurling Championship and the National Hurling League.
Adam English is an Irish hurler who plays for Limerick Senior Championship club Doon and at inter-county level with the Limerick senior hurling team. He usually lines out as a forward.
