The 2024 Limerick Senior Hurling Championship was the 130th staging of the Limerick Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Limerick County Board in 1887. The draws for the group stage pairings took place on 6 February 2024. [1] [2] The championship ran from 1 August to 27 October 2024.

Na Piarsaigh were the defending champions. [3] [4]

The final was played on 27 October 2024 at the TUS Gaelic Grounds in Limerick, between Na Piarsaigh and Doon, in what was their third meeting overall in the final and a first final meeting in four years. [5] Doon won the match by 0-16 to 2-09 to claim their first ever championship title. [6] [7]

Ballybrown's Aidan O'Connor was the championship's top scorer with 3-60.

The 2020 Limerick Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship was the seventh staging of the Limerick Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Limerick County Board in 2014. The championship was scheduled to begin in April 2020. However, it was postponed indefinitely due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Gaelic games. The championship eventually began on 24 July 2020 and ended on 13 September 2020.

The 2021 Limerick Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship was the eighth staging of the Limerick Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Limerick County Board in 2014. The championship began on 3 September 2021 and ended on 24 October 2021.

The 2022 Limerick Senior Hurling Championship was the 128th staging of the Limerick Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Limerick County Board in 1887. The draws for the group stage pairings took place on 22 February 2022. The championship ran from 28 July to October 2022.

The 2023 Limerick Senior Hurling Championship was the 129th staging of the Limerick Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Limerick County Board in 1887. The draws for the group stage pairings took place on 3 February 2023. The championship ran from 4 August to 28 October 2023.

The 2023 Limerick Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship was the 10th staging of the Limerick Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Limerick County Board in 2014. The draws for the group stage took place on 3 February 2023. The championship ran from 27 July to 28 October 2023.
