Stephanie Schweitzer (born 16 September 1992) is an Australian athletics competitor. She was selected to represent Australia at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in athletics but did not medal.
Schweitzer was born on 16 September 1992, [1] and went to Baulkham Hills High School in Baulkham Hills, New South Wales. [1] [2] She was born with a learning disability. [1] As of 2012 [update] , she works as a personal trainer. [1]
Schweitzer is a T20 classified long jumper. [1] [3] She has an athletics scholarship with the New South Wales Institute of Sport, [2] [4] and is coached by Matt Rawlings. [2]
Schweitzer started competing in 2005. [1] She participated in the 2005 Pacific School Games. At the event, she earned one bronze medal, four silver medals and a gold medal in the long jump event. [1] At the 2007 Australian Underage Championships, she earned a silver medal and a pair of gold medals. [1] She competed in the 2007 National Championships. At the event, she earned a gold medal in the 400 metre event. [1] She first represented Australia in 2007 at the INAS-FID World Championships. [1] At the 2011 Arafura Games, she finished first in the Women Long Jump Ambulant event with a distance of 4.78 metres. [5] She finished first in the Women's 400m Ambulant event with a time of 63.93 seconds. [5] At the 2011 Australian Athletics Championships, she finished third in the long jump with a jump of 4.81 metres (15.8 ft). [6] At the 2011 Para-athletes Global Games World Championships, she competed in the 100 metre, 200 metre and 400 metre events and the long jump. She finished second in the 100 metre event. [3] In 2012, she was ranked fifth in the world in her class in the long jump event. [1] She was selected to represent Australia at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in athletics in the F20 long jump event. Lisa Christina Llorens, OAM(born 17 January 1978) is an Australian Paralympic athlete. She was born in Canberra. She specialises in Paralympic high jumping, long jumping, and sprinting, participating in competitions for athletes with autism.
Evan George O'Hanlon, is an Australian Paralympic athlete, who competes mainly in category T38 sprint events. He has won five gold medals at two Paralympic Games – 2008 Beijing and 2012 London. He also represented Australia at the 2016 Rio Paralympics and 2020 Tokyo Paralympics, winning a silver medal and a bronze medal respectively. In winning the bronze medal in the Men's 100m T38 at the 2019 World Para Athletics Championships in Dubai, O'Hanlon became Australia's most successful male athlete with a disability. His bronze medal took him to 12 medals in five world championships – one more than four-time Paralympian Neil Fuller.
Jessica Gallagher is an Australian Paralympic alpine skier, track and field athlete, tandem cyclist and rower. She was Australia's second female Winter Paralympian, and the first Australian woman to win a medal at the Winter Paralympics at the 2010 Vancouver Games. She competed at the 2014 Winter Paralympics in Sochi, where she won a bronze medal in the Women's Giant Slalom Visually Impaired.
Teigan Van Roosmalen is an Australian Paralympic S13 swimmer. She has Usher Syndrome type 1 legally blind and Profoundly deaf. She had a swimming scholarship from the Australian Institute of Sport 2009-2012. Her events are the 100 m breaststroke, 200 m individual medley, 50 m and 100 m freestyle. She competed at the 2011 Para Pan Pacific Championships in Edmonton, where she won a gold medal in the S13 400 freestyle event. She competed at the 2008 Summer and 2012 Summer Paralympics.

She was the youngest woman to win the 400 metres hurdle event at the Australian national championships. She has competed in the long jump event and the 400 metres hurdle event at the World University Games. She has competed at the 2006 and 2010 Commonwealth Games and the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics in the 400 metre hurdles event.
