Michelle Errichiello (born 7 December 1982) is an Australian athlete. She was selected to represent Australia at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in athletics. She did not medal at the 2012 Games.
Errichiello was born on 7 December 1982 [1] and is originally from Strathmore, Victoria. [2] In high school, she did not participate in any sports. [2] In 2007, while she was putting out rubbish bins for a real estate company she worked for, a car had an accident and ended up pinning her to a wall. The accident led to her right leg being severed above the knee. [3] [4] [5] In 2010, she earned the Pride of Australia medal. [1] As of 2012 [update] , she lives in Gungahlin, Australian Capital Territory [1] and is working on a degree that will eventually enable her to be a qualified trauma counsellor. [3]
Errichiello is a T42 classified athlete. [1] She has an athletics scholarship with the Australian Institute of Sport [3] and is coached by Iryna Dvoskina. [1]
Prior to her accident, Errichiello jogged occasionally for pleasure but was not competitively involved with the sport. [3] Her first athletics competition was an inter-club meet in October 2008. [2] Her first coach was Tim Matthews. [3] At her first competitive athletics meet, she set a world record in the 200 metre event. [3] She first represented Australia in 2009 at the Arufura Games. [1] In 2010, she was named the Athlete of the Year by Athletics Essendon. [2] At the 2010 National Championships in Perth, she broke the world record in the 100 metre event. [1] She finished fourth at the 2011 World Championships in the 100 metre event. [1] She was selected to represent Australia at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in athletics. [1] The Games were her first. Michelle Stilwell is a Canadian athlete and politician. She represented Canada at four Summer Paralympic Games, as well as the 2015 Parapan American Games. She competed in wheelchair basketball before becoming a wheelchair racer, and is the only female Paralympic athlete to win gold medals in two separate summer sport events.

Timothy "Tim" Shaun Matthews, OAM is an Australian Paralympic athlete. He was born in the Victorian town of Orbost with exomphalos, a condition in which the abdomen develops outside the body; in his case, the condition affected other organs, including his liver. he was also born without a left arm and with some webbed fingers. He spent much of his early life at Melbourne's Royal Children's Hospital because the membrane protecting his exposed organs ruptured when he was two days old.

Cheryl Ann "Cherrie" Dallas-Smith, MBE is an Australian former wheelchair athlete, swimmer and table tennis player who represented her country at two Paralympic Games and two Commonwealth Paraplegic Games in the 1960s and 1970s. Born in Darwin, She was on holiday in Melbourne when she was paralysed by polio at the age of five. Her family moved to Brisbane and she became involved in competitive sport through the Queensland Sports and Social Club for the Disabled.
Hannah Lucy Cockroft is a British wheelchair racer specialising in sprint distances in the T34 classification. She holds the world records for the 100 metres, 200 metres, 400 metres, 800 metres and 1500 metres in her classification and the Paralympic records at 100 metres, 200 metres, 400 metres and 800 metres. Competing for Great Britain at the 2012 Summer Paralympics, she won two gold medals. She won three further gold medals at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro.
Sam McIntosh is an Australian Paralympic athlete who races in the T52 100m, 200m, and 400m events. He holds 3 Australian National Records and 2 Oceania Records. He represented Australia at the 2012 London Paralympic Games, 2016 Rio Paralympics and 2020 Tokyo Paralympics in athletics as well as the 2011, 2015, 2017, and 2019 Para Athletic World Championships.
