Storyteller is the second studio album by American singer-songwriter Crystal Waters, released on May 17, 1994, by Mercury Records. The album peaked at number 199 on the US Billboard 200, number 73 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and number 8 on the Top Heatseekers chart. Four singles were released from the album: "What I Need", "Relax", "Ghetto Day", and the hit, "100% Pure Love". "Ghetto Day" samples The 5th Dimension's 1968 hit "Stoned Soul Picnic".
Storyteller sold 1 million copies and was certified gold in the United States. [1]

Upon release, the album received generally positive reviews from contemporary music critics. It won Vibe's 1994 Music Poll for Best Club/Dance Album. Stillmatic is the fifth studio album by American rapper Nas, released on December 18, 2001, by Ill Will and Columbia Records. In contrast to his previous work's gangsta rap themes, the album contains socially conscious and philosophical themes similar to that of his 1994 debut Illmatic. Nas' lyrics address topics such as ghetto life, American politics, and his feud with rapper Jay-Z.
Sublime is the third and final studio album by American ska punk band Sublime. Produced by Paul Leary and David Kahne, the album was released on July 30, 1996, in the United States by MCA Records. Sublime formed in 1988 in Long Beach, California by vocalist/guitarist Bradley Nowell, bassist Eric Wilson, and drummer Bud Gaugh. A black-and-white music video was produced to promote the single, directed by German director Marcus Nispel.
"In de Ghetto" is a song by American DJ David Morales. He released it in 1994 with Delta Bennett. In 1996, a new version, "In de Ghetto '96", included participation of the Bad Yard Club and featured Crystal Waters. The song charted on the US Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart, now known as Dance Club Songs chart, making it to number 20. It also made an appearance in the UK Singles Chart, peaking at number 35, making it Morales' only charting single in the UK.
