Bilingual is the sixth studio album by English synth-pop duo Pet Shop Boys, released in the United Kingdom on 2 September 1996 by Parlophone and in the United States on 10 September 1996 by Atlantic Records. The album reached number four on the UK Albums Chart, lower than their previous five studio albums which had all reached the top three. It yielded five successful singles, with three of them—"Before", "Se a vida é " and "A Red Letter Day"—reaching the UK top 10; the fourth one, the English/Spanish-language composition "Single-Bilingual", peaked within the top 20.

"Stupid Girl" features lyrics about a young woman's ambivalence and is a musical arrangement centered on a repetitive bassline and a drum sample from the Clash's 1980 song "Train in Vain".

Girls Against Boys is a post-hardcore band which formed in Washington, D.C. and subsequently relocated to New York City shortly after their formation in 1989. The band released albums on the labels Adult Swim, Touch and Go Records, Geffen Records, and Jade Tree from 1990 to 2002. The band then sporadically played shows from 2003 until 2009 when they became inactive as a whole. In 2013, Girls Against Boys briefly toured and self-released their first new material in 11 years. After another brief reunion in 2017, they reunited for a longer term in 2021.
"Lump" is a song by alternative rock band the Presidents of the United States of America. It was released in 1995 and featured on their self-titled debut album (1995). The song reached number one on the US Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart same year. Composer Chris Ballew said that the lyrics combined his own history of having a benign tumor in the head with a vision he had of a woman in a swamp, while employing the word "lump" because Ballew was fond of it. The musical part was described by Ballew as him "trying to write a Buzzcocks song". Ballew considers it his favorite composition.
"I Wanna Be With You" is a song by American singer Mandy Moore. It was released as the lead single from Moore's reissue of the same name (2000) on April 11, 2000, one day after Moore's 16th birthday. The song received positive reviews from critics. It peaked at number 24 in the United States Billboard Hot 100, becoming Moore's first and only top 30 single in the US to date. The song also peaked at number 13 in Australia and was certified Gold by ARIA. It also peaked at number 21 in the UK, 66 in Austria and 70 in Germany. The song was featured on the soundtrack to the 2000 film Center Stage. The music video for the song, directed by Nigel Dick, showed Moore singing the song to her love interest in a dance studio.

Disco Six Six Six is a single and an EP by American post-hardcore band Girls Against Boys, released on October 1, 1996 by Touch and Go Records. "Disco Six Six Six" was the second single to promote House of GVSB, with "Super-fire" as the first. The public release had consisted of the title track in remastered form plus four additional songs. The four additional songs were not outtakes of House of GVSB, but were instead recorded after the album's sessions.
Beautiful Eyes is the second extended play (EP) by American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift. The EP was released on July 15, 2008 by Big Machine Records exclusively to Walmart stores in the United States and online. The limited release EP has a primarily country pop sound and features alternate versions of tracks from her self-titled debut album (2006), and two original tracks, which Swift had composed as early as 2006. "I Heart ?" was previously released for digital download with the purchase of the Best Buy-exclusive version CD of Swift's self-titled debut album in 2006. A DVD, featuring music videos of singles from her self-titled debut album, is also included on the physical release of the EP.

Standing in the Line of Fire is an album by Gary U.S. Bonds, released in 1984. It is credited to Gary U.S. Bonds and the American Men. The album was a followup to his two Springsteen/Van Zandt-produced albums Dedication and On the Line, though the only carry-over from the previous two albums was Steven Van Zandt, who wrote, sang backing vocals for, and played lead guitar on the title track.

The song was released on September 13, 2012, through Cash Money, Young Money and Universal Republic as the lead single from the reissue of Minaj's second studio album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded – The Re-Up (2012). It was Minaj's last single to be released by Universal Republic before the label went defunct and its artists roster moved to the revived Republic Records. Initially a track recorded by Cassie for her second studio album under the title "Money on Love," it was subsequently played for Minaj during sessions for The Re-Up, who decided to keep Cassie's vocals but wrote her own verses with certain production portions also being re-worked.
Trouble is the second studio album by English singer Teddy Sinclair under the name Natalia Kills. It was released on 3 September 2013 by Cherrytree Records through will.i.am Music Group and Interscope. Recording for the album started in early 2012 and took place in Los Angeles and New York. During that time, Sinclair was accompanied by producers including Jeff Bhasker, who served as Trouble's executive producer and handled the production, instrumentation and songwriting.
Sexy Sam is a single and an EP by American post-hardcore band Girls Against Boys, released on May 16, 1994 by Touch and Go Records. The vinyl version was released as a single, with "Sexy Sam" on one side and "I'm From France" on the other side. The CD version, however, was released as a mini-compilation. It consisted of six tracks, the two aforementioned new recordings plus previously released songs, one from each era of the band: "Stay in the Car" from Nineties vs. Eighties, "My Night of Pleasure" from Tropic of Scorpio, "Rockets Are Red" from Venus Luxure No. 1 Baby, and "Sharkmeat".
Kill the Sexplayer is a single and an EP by American post-hardcore band Girls Against Boys, released on February 13, 1995 by Touch and Go Records. There were two versions released. The first version was a promotional single, mainly used to promote the song's appearance in the film Clerks, and had only consisted of one track. The second version was released as an EP, which consisted of the title track and three tracks recorded live on Bernard Lenoir's radio program.
"Ghetto Day"/"What I Need" is the second single from American singer-songwriter Crystal Waters' second studio album, Storyteller (1994). It was produced by The Basement Boys and released in June 1994 by Mercury Records, A&M Records and A&M's division AM PM. Waters and Sean Spencer wrote "Ghetto Day", which is a funk song that contains samples from The 5th Dimension's song "Stoned Soul Picnic" and Flavor Unit's "Flavor Unit Assassination Squad". According to Spin, the track's lyrics talk about "those balmy, front-stoop, 40-swinging summer afternoons." The single's second A-side, "What I Need", is a house track written by Waters, Doug Smith and Richard Payton.
