Tanjungsari is a town and an administrative district (Indonesian: kecamatan) in the Bogor Regency, West Java, Indonesia, not to be confused with other districts of the same name in Sumedang Regency and in Gunungkidul Regency. The district is part of the Greater Jakarta metropolitan area, and covers a land area of 191.72 km2. It had a population of 50,014 at the 2010 Census [2] and 57,027 at the 2020 Census; [3] the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 61,162 - comprising 31,171 males and 29,991 females. [1] The district centre is at the town of Tanjungsari, and the district is sub-divided into ten villages (desa), all sharing the postcode of 16841, as listed below with their areas and populations as at mid 2023. [1]
