30 Hudson Street, also known as Goldman Sachs Tower, is a 781 ft (238 m), 42-story building in Jersey City, New Jersey. It is the second tallest building in New Jersey. Completed in 2004, the tower was designed by César Pelli, and was the tallest building in the state for 14 years. It houses offices, a cafeteria, a health unit, and a full-service fitness facility including a physical therapy clinic.
The Bay Adelaide Centre is an office complex in the Financial District of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The first phase, a 51-storey skyscraper known as Bay Adelaide West, was completed in July 2009. The second phase, the 44-storey Bay Adelaide East, was completed in October 2016. A third tower, Scotiabank North Tower, opened in 2022 and serves the new global head office of Canadian bank Scotiabank.
1180 Peachtree, commonly known as the Symphony Tower, is a 41-story skyscraper located at 1180 Peachtree Street in the Midtown district of Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Rising to a height of approximately 657 feet (200 m), the building includes office and retail space in its 624,996 sq ft (58,064 m2) of floor area as well as a 1,200 space parking deck. Construction was completed in 2006.
The Telus Tower is an office building at 630 René Lévesque Boulevard West in Montreal. It was built for Canadian Industries Limited from 1960 to 1962, given the name CIL House. Designed by architect Gordon Bunshaft from the architectural firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill with local architects Greenspoon, Freedlander and Dunne, it stands 135.6 m (445 ft) and 34 storeys tall. In 1960, Bunshaft had recently completed his seminal work, Lever House in New York City.

Unlike the corporate offices of other Canadian financial institutions, the RBC Centre is outside of Toronto's Financial District. The Brickell World Plaza, also known as 600 Brickell, and formerly known as the Brickell Financial Center, is an office skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States in the downtown neighborhood and financial district of Brickell at 600 Brickell Avenue. The former Brickell Financial Center Phase I, the Brickell World Plaza is a 520-foot (160 m) skyscraper, one of the tallest buildings in Miami. 600 Brickell is located between the Sixth Street and Seventh Street Metromover stations.
The Minto Midtown is a residential complex on Yonge Street in Toronto in the Davisville neighbourhood near Yonge and Eglinton consisting of two towers, Quantum and Quantum 2 developed by Minto Developments Inc. The proposed project—which substantially exceeded existing height and zoning limits—was met with substantial neighborhood and city opposition, until Minto appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board and worked out a deal with the City of Toronto.

It is the main financial district in Toronto and is considered the heart of Canada's finance industry. It is bounded roughly by Queen Street West to the north, Yonge Street to the east, Front Street to the south, and University Avenue to the west, though many office towers in the downtown core have been and are being constructed outside this area, which will extend the general boundaries. Located at 60 Yorkville Avenue, at its intersection with Bay Street, the complex is situated one block east of the former Four Seasons Hotel Toronto building at 21 Avenue Road.
360 State Street is a 300-foot (91 m) residential skyscraper completed in 2010 in New Haven, Connecticut. It is the second-tallest building in the city, and the largest apartment building in the state. DeSimone Consulting Engineers were the structural engineers on the building and it won the 2009 New York Construction – Top Project of the Year.
Union Square is a skyscraper complex at Sixth Avenue between Union and University Streets in Downtown Seattle, Washington, adjacent to Freeway Park. It consists of two skyscrapers built in the 1980s and primarily used for office space. The entire complex features a 1,100-stall parking garage, a courtyard, a retail plaza spanning three stories and an underground pedestrian concourse that connects with the Fifth Avenue Theater and Rainier Square. Both structures were awarded LEED certification in 2009 and eventually received LEED Platinum certification 6 years later as a result of reduced annual energy consumption by 40 percent through recent renovations. The entire complex is currently managed by Washington Holdings, a real estate firm also known as Union Square LLC which is based in Seattle.

It has 22 stories of office space and was completed in 2004, when it was called the Southtrust Tower. 171 17th Street was the first skyscraper in Atlanta west of the Downtown Connector and north of 14th Street.
