The Outlet Collection Seattle, formerly SuperMall of the Great Northwest, is an outlet mall in Auburn, Washington, United States, that opened in August 1995. The mall is currently anchored by Burlington, Nordstrom Rack, Dave & Busters, and FieldhouseUSA. There are two vacant anchor spaces, previously occupied by Dick's Warehouse Sale and Bed Bath & Beyond, the latter of which will reopen as Best Buy Outlet in November 2023. [2] Junior anchors include Ashley HomeStore, Fitness Quest, Old Navy Outlet, and H&M. A Walmart Supercenter and Regal Cinemas movie theater are also located on mall property.
The Outlet Collection Seattle opened on August 25, 1995, under the name "Supermall of the Great Northwest". [3]
Its anchors then included Nordstrom Rack, Bed Bath and Beyond, Oshman's SuperSports USA (Later Sports Authority until 2016), Burlington Coat Factory, Saks Fifth Avenue (later Old Navy and Ulta Beauty), Marshalls (later Dave & Buster's) and Incredible Universe. [4] In its first year of business, the mall contained 175 stores and drew more than 14 million customers. [5] By 1998, Saks Fifth Avenue and one fifth of the stores had closed. [6]
The Incredible Universe store on the north side of the mall was closed in 1997 after the company's demise; it was converted into a Sam's Club with 154,000 square feet (14,300 m2). [7] Walmart moved to a new Supercenter location on the north side of the mall complex in October 2010 and agreed to manage the sale of its old locations on the west side of the mall. [8] The old building was purchased by Coastal Farm and Ranch, an Oregon-based chain of outdoor and farm retail stores. [9] The store composition at the SuperMall was later dominated by outlet stores, which led to a $30 million renovation to move the food court and add pedestrian corridors in 2012. [10] Several strip malls and restaurants were also constructed on the perimeter of the mall.[ citation needed ] In May 2012, the outlet mall was renamed The Outlet Collection Seattle to reflect its new focus. The Sam's Club location closed in January 2018 as part of the company's withdrawal from the Seattle market. [12] It was replaced by FieldHouseUSA, a multi-purpose indoor sports facility that was scheduled to open in 2020; [13] the COVID-19 pandemic delayed its full opening to 2021. [14]

Hypermart USA was a demonstrator project operated by Walmart in the 1980s and 1990s, which attempted to combine groceries and general merchandise under one roof at a substantial discount. The Fashion Mall at Keystone, known better as The Fashion Mall, is an upscale shopping center in the northeast section of the city of Indianapolis, Indiana. The mall is located off I-465 at 86th Street and Keystone Avenue. The mall is considered the heart of the Keystone at the Crossing district. It was developed, managed, and owned by Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group.
Quil Ceda Village is a municipality established by the federally recognized Tulalip Tribes of Washington within the Tulalip Indian Reservation in Snohomish County. It includes the Quil Ceda Village Business Park, a commercial development constructed and operated by the tribe. The tribe developed the 495-acre village and related business park to further its goal to diversify its economy with funds generated by its successful casino operations, the first enterprise in the business park. The Business Park contains the Tulalip Resort Casino, big box stores Walmart and The Home Depot, Seattle Premium Outlets, Cabela's, and several restaurants, such as Olive Garden and the Ram Brewery.
The Great Mall of the Great Plains was a shopping mall located in Olathe, Kansas, United States. It was the largest outlet mall in the state of Kansas, and boasted over 150 stores and 10 anchors, laid out in a half-mile racetrack pattern. Amenities included indoor glow-in-the-dark miniature golf course, a food court, a Game Zone arcade, and a Dickinson Theatres movie theater with sixteen screens. Great Mall of the Great Plains was owned & managed by Glimcher Properties Trust until January 2009. The mall closed on September 18, 2015, although Burlington Coat Factory remained open. Demolition on the mall began on July 11, 2016, and was finished in January 2017. While developers announced in January 2018 that a redevelopment called Mentum would replace the old mall, this never happened. In October 2021, Olathe-based company Garmin Ltd. indicated that it acquired the property, likely to expand its company's headquarters. Burlington Coat Factory closed at the end of January 2023, leaving the mall without any businesses.
Ledgewood Commons is a shopping plaza in the Ledgewood, section of Roxbury, New Jersey, United States. Its anchors are Walmart, Burlington, and Marshalls. It is an outdoor shopping plaza with a gross leasable area of 448,000 sq ft (41,600 m2) The site covers 51.6 acres (20.9 ha) and has 2,223 parking spaces. From the mall's opening in 1972 until 2016, it was branded Ledgewood Mall as a 518,246-square-foot (48,147 m2) enclosed mall.
Southgate Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Around 2005 the inside of the mall closed and the businesses that remained moved to the outside of the mall. Opened in 1968, the anchor stores are Tractor Supply Company, Walgreens, Genesis Jewelry, Pet Supplies Plus, Hibbett Sports, and Burke's Outlet. There is 1 vacant anchor store that was once Rogers. Walmart was a tenant of the mall at one point, but now has its own free-standing store next to the mall.
Fashion Outlets of Chicago is a shopping mall located in Rosemont, Illinois, United States. Located within the Chicago metropolitan area, the mall lies east of Interstate 294 and O'Hare International Airport and is adjacent to Rosemont Theatre. Opening on August 1, 2013, the mall is owned by Macerich, and was co-developed by AWE Talisman. Featuring more than 140 stores, the mall was noted for its differences from a regular outlet mall.
The Mall of San Juan is a 650,000 sq ft (60,000 m2) upscale shopping mall located across from the San José Lagoon, at the south end of the Teodoro Moscoso Bridge, near Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, San Juan, Puerto Rico. When the mall opened its doors on, March 26, 2015, it was anchored by Nordstrom, being their first store to open in Puerto Rico, and the entire Caribbean. The mall was constructed at a cost of $475 million by Taubman Centers. The mall currently opens at 10:00 AM everyday, and closes at 8:00 PM from Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, the mall is open until 9:00 PM, and it closes at 7:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
