Valley Mall is a regional enclosed shopping mall located in Union Gap, Washington, serving the Yakima area. It is the region's sole indoor mall and has 55 stores, anchored by Kohl's and Macy's (formerly The Bon Marché). The mall is located on Interstate 82 and is adjacent to outdoor shopping centers called Valley Mall Plaza, Washington Plaza, and Frontage. Collectively, the property has 80 retailers.
The Valley Mall opened in 1972, under the ownership of engineering firm Morrison-Knudsen. It was purchased in 1980 by First Union Real Estate Investments for $8.9 million and later sold to Center Oak Properties in 1999. [1] [2] The mall was expanded by 260,000 square feet (24,000 m2) in 2002, siphoning major retailers and customers from the Yakima Mall in the city's downtown. [3] The Yakima Mall closed in 2003. [4]
The mall's Sears store closed in December 2022 but reopened the following year. [5] [6]
In July 2024, it was announced that Sears would be closing again at the mall in Fall 2024. [7] [8]
Kmart, formerly legally registered as Kmart Corporation, now operated by Transformco, is a department store chain, and a current online retailer in the United States and its territories. It operates four remaining Kmart big-box department stores — three in the US Virgin Islands and one in Tamuning, Guam. The company also continues to operate a single small store in the mainland United States. It is located in the former Garden Shop of its Kendale Lakes, Florida store, while the adjoining big box building is occupied by another retail chain that has leased the space.

Hudson Valley Mall is an enclosed shopping mall located in Ulster, New York, north of Kingston, United States. It is the lone mall in Ulster County and is the only enclosed mall located between Poughkeepsie and Albany. Hull Property Group currently owns and operates Hudson Valley Mall. The mall opened in 1981 and has an area of 765,704 square feet (71,136 m2) on one level with 19 shops and restaurants as well as a 12-screen Neighborhood Cinema Group theater. As of 2023, the mall maintains a Dick's Sporting Goods, and Target, as well as a handful of specialty stores. Adjacent to the mall is Hudson Valley Plaza, a two-tiered complex on a west-facing hill, consisting mainly of a Walmart, PetSmart. Across from the mall on 9W is Ulster Crossings. That shopping center has a Michaels, LL Bean, Five Below and a few other stores.
Westmoreland Mall is a two-level, enclosed super-regional shopping and casino complex in the municipality of Hempfield Township, Pennsylvania, southeast of Pittsburgh, and owned and operated by CBL Properties. It was completed in 1977 and was extensively renovated and expanded in 1993–1994. The mall features retailers JCPenney, Macy's, and Macy's Home, in addition to Live! Casino Pittsburgh and a future Dick's House of Sport store in the space formerly occupied by Sears.
Boise Towne Square is a mall in the western United States, located in Boise, Idaho. The largest retail complex in the state, it opened in 1988 after more than 20 years of planning, and features 150 stores, with Macy's, JCPenney, Kohl's and Dillard's as anchor stores. The mall also includes the first Apple Store in Idaho. Boise Towne Square is owned by the Chicago-based Brookfield Properties and is located near the junction of Interstate 84 and Interstate 184.

It is the only regional mall in Baton Rouge. The anchor stores are 2 Dillard's stores, Main Event Entertainment, JCPenney, and Macy's.
Cascade Mall is shopping mall in Burlington, Washington, United States that formerly had an interior walkway. Opened in November 1989, the mall's anchor stores are AMC Theatres and TJ Maxx. There are 4 vacant anchor stores that were once 2 Macy's stores, Sears, and JCPenney. Macerich owned the property before selling it to Merlone Geier Partners in January 2017. The mall permanently closed on June 30, 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Washington. Some stores will be allowed to stay open if they provide essential services, including those on the outer perimeter. As of 2024, the Cascade Mall has been renamed into the Burlington Gallery.
The Mall in Columbia, also known as the Columbia Mall, is the central shopping mall for the planned community of Columbia, Maryland, United States. It has over 200 specialty stores and the anchor stores are AMC Theatres, Lidl, Main Event Entertainment, Barnes & Noble, JCPenney, Macy's, and Nordstrom. Restaurants include PF Chang's, Maggiano's Little Italy and The Cheesecake Factory. It is located in the Town Center area of the city and attracts shoppers from surrounding counties in Maryland.
Valley View Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in La Crosse, Wisconsin in the United States. Valley View Mall comprises 73 stores, restaurants, and a food court. The anchor stores are Barnes & Noble, JCPenney, Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and Hy-Vee. There is one vacant anchor store; Herberger's. Valley View Mall's trade area represents communities in three states with a radius of approximately 50 miles (80 km) surrounding the shopping center. It is located south of Interstate 90 in one of La Crosse's largest business districts.

The Orchards Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in Benton Charter Township, Michigan, U.S., just outside Benton Harbor. Opened in 1979, the mall originally featured Sears and JCPenney as its anchor stores, with Elder-Beerman being added in the 1990s. All three anchors have vacated in the 2010s, as has much of the mall's interior, with only two businesses remaining. The mall is owned by Durga LLC.

Transform SR Brands LLC is an American privately held company formed on February 11, 2019, to acquire some of the assets of Sears Holdings Corporation. The new company is owned by ESL Investments. Following the Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing of Sears Holdings on October 15, 2018, Transformco purchased the surviving assets owned by Sears Holdings for $5.2 billion.
