Theissenia is a genus of fungi in the family Graphostromataceae. [1]

The genus was circumscribed by André Maublanc in Bull. Soc. Mycol. France vol.30 on page 51 in 1914.

The genus name of Theissenia is in honour of Ferdinand Theissen (1877–1919), who was a German-Austrian Jesuit priest and mycologist. [2]

The Graphostromataceae are a family of fungi in the order Xylariales. This was a monotypic family, containing the single genus Graphostroma, which in turn contains the single species Graphostroma platystoma.

Amphirosellinia is a genus of five species of fungi in the family Xylariaceae. It was circumscribed in 2004 with A. nigrospora as the type species. The genus name refers to the similarities in morphology it shares with the genus Rosellinia. Amphirosellinia species grow inside the bark of dicot trees, forming stromata encased by black, carbonized perithecia. The ascospores are brown and ellipsoid to cylindrical in shape. The anamorph forms of Amphirosellinia have geniculate (zig-zag) conidiogenous regions.

Engleromyces is a genus of fungi in the family Xylariaceae. The genus contains two species, the type Engleromyces goetzei and E. sinensis, described as new in 2010. The genus was circumscribed in Bot. Jahrb. Syst. Vol.28 on page 327 in 1900 by German mycologist Paul Christoph Hennings.
