Story of the Year is an American rock band formed in St. Louis, Missouri, in 1995 under the name 67 North. The band eventually changed their name to Big Blue Monkey in 1998, and then subsequently changed it again to Story of the Year in 2002, after the release of their self-titled EP on the indie label Criterion Records. At the time, they claimed they had discovered that a blues group named Big Blue Monkey already existed. Later, on their podcast "Page Avenue Crew", they clarified that they just did not care for the name and had just made up the excuse of another band having the same name.

Michael Shawn Crahan, more commonly known by his stage persona "Clown", is an American musician. Crahan is the longest-serving and only remaining original member of Slipknot, and also has extensive involvement with Slipknot's media production and music videos. Outside Slipknot, Crahan had two side project bands called To My Surprise and Dirty Little Rabbits. Aside from his musical activity, he also directed the 2016 action thriller film Officer Downe.

Originally from Pahrump, Nevada, the group currently consists of lead vocalist Craig Mabbitt, guitarists Matti Hoffman and TJ Bell, bassist Erik Jensen and drummer Robert Ortiz. Ortiz is the only founding member remaining in the band.

The song was written by Jeffree Star and Nico Hartikainen in 2008 and it was produced by Smile Future. "Lollipop Luxury" was released on November 18, 2008, as Star's first official single.

Michael Baskette, who worked with Radke on Escape the Fate's Dying Is Your Latest Fashion, returned as the executive producer for the album, alongside former bandmate Omar Espinosa and others as additional composers and production aids in the studio. The Drug in Me Is You was released on July 25, 2011, in Europe and Japan, and on July 26, 2011, in the United States.

"Guillotine IV (The Final Chapter)" is the second single from Falling in Reverse's third album Just Like You. It is the fourth and final installment of the Guillotine series that was started by Ronnie Radke when he was the frontman of Escape the Fate. Ronnie Radke sang the first song, "The Guillotine", from Escape the Fate's Dying Is Your Latest Fashion; and Craig Mabbit sang "This War Is Ours (The Guillotine II)" and "The Aftermath (The Guillotine III)" from Escape the Fate's This War Is Ours and their self-titled album, respectively.

Chemical Warfare is the seventh studio album by American rock band Escape the Fate, released on April 16, 2021. The album was produced by the band's lead guitarist Kevin Gruft and John Feldmann, who also previously produced the band's albums This War Is Ours and Ungrateful. The album received mixed reviews.
