Three 6 Mafia is an American hip hop group from Memphis, Tennessee, formed in 1991. Emerging as a horror-themed underground hip hop group, they would eventually go on to enjoy mainstream success. The group's 1995 debut album Mystic Stylez would go on to become an influential cult classic. They have released music on independent labels such as Prophet Entertainment and their own Hypnotize Minds label, as well as Relativity, Loud, and Columbia Records.
Paul Duane Beauregard, better known by his stage name DJ Paul, is an American DJ, record producer, and rapper from Memphis, Tennessee. He is a founding member of hip hop group Three 6 Mafia and the brother of the late rapper Lord Infamous. He is also a part owner of FaZe Clan.
Hypnotize Minds is an American record label created by DJ Paul and Juicy J of Three 6 Mafia in 1997, in Memphis, Tennessee. The label serves as the successor to Three 6 Mafia's previous label, Prophet Entertainment, which was co-founded by DJ Paul and Juicy J along with Nicholas ‘Nick Scarfo’ Jackson in 1991. Hypnotize Minds was created after DJ Paul and Juicy J had a disagreement with Jackson, which led to Three 6 Mafia and several other artists previously on the Prophet label to move to the new Hypnotize Minds imprint.

He was formerly signed to Hypnotize Minds, the record label run by Three 6 Mafia founders DJ Paul and Juicy J, and had released three studio albums under the label: Gone on That Bay (2003), Me Being Me (2005), and Da Key (2008). At the 78th Academy Awards, he won the Academy Award for Best Original Song for "It's Hard out Here for a Pimp" along with Three 6 Mafia members Juicy J, Crunchy Black, and DJ Paul.

Layin' da Smack Down is the third studio album by rapper Project Pat, released on August 6, 2002. It is the last LP by Project Pat as well as by Hypnotize Minds to be released through Loud, as Loud was sold off to Sony. Due to Project Pat's incarceration at the time, promotion for the album was very limited, and did not receive an RIAA Certification. However, the album did make it to #12 on the Billboard 200 with over 70,000 copies sold in its first week of release.

As of 2019, Gales has recorded eighteen albums for major record labels and has done session and tribute work. He has also contributed vocals on several records by the Memphis rap groups Prophet Posse and Three 6 Mafia under the name Lil E.
CrazyNDaLazDayz is the only studio album by American hip hop trio Tear Da Club Up Thugs, consisting of DJ Paul, Lord Infamous and Juicy J. It was released on February 2, 1999 via Hypnotize Minds/Relativity. Recording sessions took place at Cotton Row Recording Studio and Hypnotize Minds Studio in Memphis, Tennessee. It features guest appearances from B.G., Big Tymers, Crucial Conflict, Hussein Fatal, Juvenile, Spice 1, The Kaze, Too $hort and Twista. The album spawned two singles: "Push 'Em Off" and "Hypnotize Cash Money". The latter peaked at #74 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart and at #64 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart in the United States.
Underground Vol. 16: For da Summa is the first solo album by American hip hop musician DJ Paul. It was released on May 21, 2002, through D'Evil/KOM Music with distribution via Hypnotize Minds. Recording sessions took place at Hypnotize Minds Studio and D.J. Paul's Mama House in Memphis. Production was handled entirely by DJ Paul, who also served as executive producer. It features guest appearances from fellow Prophet Posse/Hypnotize Camp Posse members Lord Infamous, Frayser Boy, Crunchy Black, La Chat, Juicy J and Project Pat. Chopped and screwed version of the album was remixed by DJ Black.
Dat's How It Happen to'M is the only studio album by Da Headbussaz, a collaboration between Three 6 Mafia and Fiend. Da Headbussaz is a trio consisting of DJ Paul, Juicy J, and Fiend. Three 6 Mafia member Crunchy Black is featured on "U See We Poe'', as is Hypnotize Minds artist and Mafia affiliate Project Pat. Frayser Boy and La Chat, also Hypnotize Minds artists, are likewise featured on the album, in "Powder Cake". There was a three-song promo released ahead of the album's release, which contained "Where They Hang", "Get the Fuck Out My Face", and "Hands On Ya".
Lola Chantrelle Mitchell, better known by her stage name Gangsta Boo, is an American rapper. She was the first female member of the Memphis-based hip hop group Three 6 Mafia, where she initially rose to prominence. She left the group and label sometime in 2002, months after the release of her second album, Both Worlds *69, due to money disputes and issues regarding promotion of her album. She has since released mixtapes alongside artists like La Chat and Yelawolf, as well as some solo music. She has also been featured on albums by clipping. and Run The Jewels. She has been referred to as a pioneer of female rap music.
Robert Cooper Phillips, better known by his stage name Koopsta Knicca, was an American rapper. He was best known as one of the members of the Memphis rap group Three 6 Mafia, as well as a member of the rap collective Da Mafia 6ix alongside DJ Paul, Crunchy Black and Gangsta Boo.
"Who Run It" is a song by hip hop group Three 6 Mafia, released as the lead single from their fourth studio album When the Smoke Clears: Sixty 6, Sixty 1. The song is a posse cut, featuring a verse from every group member. The song peaked at number 12 on the Bubbling Under R&B/Hip-Hop Singles chart.
Body Parts is the debut studio album by Prophet Posse, a collaboration side-project of Three 6 Mafia with members of its then-label, Prophet Entertainment. The Prophet Posse group was known as a larger, "offshoot" version of Three 6 Mafia, as it included each member of Three 6 Mafia as well as all the artists signed to Prophet Entertainment. All the artists featured on the album were Prophet Entertainment artists with the exception of guest act Dayton Family. The album was released on February 24, 1998, by Prophet Entertainment and distributed through S.O.H. Distributors Network.
