Time Travel is the third studio album by Never Shout Never. It was released on September 20, 2011. [2] [3] It was recorded in Springfield, Missouri. [4] It is also the first album in which Never Shout Never recorded as a full band. [5]
"Time Travel" was released as the first single on July 22, 2011. [6] The music video was released on September 21, 2011. [7] The second single "Simplistic Trance - Like Getaway" was released on August 26, 2011. [6] Before the albums arrival, "Silver Ecstasy" was released as a promotional single on September 13, 2011. [8] On the day of the albums release, they announced a fall headliner tour called, "The Time Travel Tour". [9]

Gregory Heaney of AllMusic gave the album a 3 star rating. He complimented the album for having a "real sense of atmosphere, and showcase the transformative powers of collaboration." However, he critic the album as, "downright psychedelic" by emo standards. [10]

Metro Station was an American pop rock band that was formed in Los Angeles, California by singer Mason Musso and bassist/guitarist Trace Cyrus. In late 2006, the band signed a recording contract with Columbia Records and RED Ink Records. The band is best known for the commercially successful hit single "Shake It" from the group's self-titled debut album. In 2010, tension between Cyrus and Musso caused the band to go on hiatus. In 2011, the band returned, however, it was announced that Cyrus was no longer a part of the group and Musso had purchased the rights to the name.
The Maine is an American rock band from Tempe, Arizona. Formed in 2007, the group consists of lead vocalist, guitarist and pianist John O'Callaghan, lead guitarist Jared Monaco, bass guitarist Garrett Nickelsen, drummer Patrick Kirch, and rhythm guitarist Kennedy Brock. Never Shout Never is an American rock band formed in Joplin, Missouri in 2007. Vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Christofer Drew began the band as a solo project before expanding it to a band, whose best-known lineup included himself, bassist Taylor MacFee, and drummer Hayden Kaiser. The band that accompanied Drew when it was a solo project were originally known as "The Shout". Never Shout Never released eight full-length albums and eight EPs.
The Summer Set is a pop rock band from Scottsdale, Arizona. The band consists of lead vocalist Brian Logan Dales, guitarist John Gomez, bass guitarist Stephen Gomez, and drummer Jess Bowen. The Summer Set was signed to The Militia Group in 2008, Razor & Tie from 2009 to 2011, and to Fearless Records from 2012 to 2017.
