Titu-ye Bala (Persian : تيتوبالا, also Romanized as Tītū-ye Bālā) [1] is a village in Javar Rural District, in the Central District of Kuhbanan County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported. [2]
