Toca is the debut album of German trance group Fragma. It was released on 22 January 2001, through EMI Europe.



The album included the group's initial three singles released in the years prior and spawned a fourth some five months after its release.

The initial single, "Toca Me", was a success in the UK, where it charted at number 11, and saw mild success in Ireland and the Netherlands.

The album's second single, "Toca's Miracle", was the group's biggest hit to date, being their only number 1 hit, having topped the UK charts. It was also a top 10 hit in Australia, Denmark, Ireland and Norway.

"Everytime You Need Me" and "You Are Alive", the third and fourth singles from the album were also successes in the UK, reaching positions 3 and 4 respectively on the charts.

Fragma are a German trance music group, originally comprising three producers. The group was successful in the early 2000s when they released several singles that charted successfully across Europe, especially the United Kingdom and Ireland, but also found some success in the United States and Australia. They continued to produce music until 2012 following the departure of vocalist Damae. After several years of hiatus, Fragma recruited a new vocalist in 2017, Tess, to front the group. She now does gigs in clubs around the world performing re-recorded remixes of Fragma's biggest hits.

Paffendorf is a German techno project. The group consists of Ramon Zenker, also producer of Fragma, Gottfried Engels and Nicolas Valli. The project is represented by the Cologne DJ Christian Schmitz, active on Tiger Records. Paffendorf is best known for their year 2000 hit, "Where Are You", although they have had various successful hits across Europe, their best known in the UK being "Be Cool," which peaked at number 7 in the UK Singles Chart in June, 2002. Their song, "Under My Skin", had become an Internet meme, featuring Momo, a character from the anime series Sumomomo Momomo repetitively imitating a train engine with her hands and jumping up and down. The song had been sped up to sound similar and rival to a more popular Internet meme, Caramelldansen.

<i>Everytime We Touch</i> (album) 2007 studio album by Cascada

Everytime We Touch is the first album by German Eurodance trio Cascada. It was released to European digital stores through 2007. Recording sessions for the album took place from autumn 2004 to January 2006, most of which was recorded after the third single from the album "Everytime We Touch" rose to popularity. The entire album was produced by Yanou and DJ Manian, containing heavily of up-tempo Eurodance tracks, many of which are covers of hit songs from the 1980s and 1990s of the synthpop, Eurodance, and rock genres. Musically, the album is composed of dance tracks with thick Euro synths, trance beats that clock in at over 140 beats per minute and Europop lyrics. Lyrically, the album is composed of songs about love and dance floor euphoria.

Maria Rubia, is an English model, actress, TV presenter and singer-songwriter. She debuted as the vocalist on the Fragma's dance song, "Everytime You Need Me", which stayed in the UK Singles Chart for eleven weeks, and sales thereof earned her a silver disc.

Tocas Miracle 2000 single by Fragma

"Toca's Miracle" is a remix by the German musical group Fragma, featuring vocals from British singer Coco Star. Taken as the second single off the studio album Toca, the song is a mashup of Star's "I Need a Miracle" (1996) and Fragma's own "Toca Me". The instrumental was written by Dirk Duderstadt, Marco Duderstadt, Ramon Zenker and the lyrics were written by Rob Davis and Victor Imbres, while some of the song's production was by Zenker, the vocals were produced many years earlier by Imbres and Tim Orford.

Damae German singer

Daniela Marina Elisabeth Klein, known by her stage name Damae, is a German TV presenter and singer-songwriter who debuted as a vocalist on the Fragma track "You Are Alive". At the age of 14, Damae was discovered by a photographer from the teen magazine Bravo in Germany and began modeling. Soon after, she started receiving offers from music and film producers which she declined, preferring to sing and write in a punk band, and to do freelance and studio gigs. She later met Ramon Zenker, who she admired from Hardfloor. He invited her to his studio to see if they could work together. Damae describes the musical chemistry between them as "amazing" and Damae soon found herself with a record deal as the singer for Fragma. Following the success of Fragma, Damae became the presenter for Dance:District on in Germany and got to interview Paul van Dyk, Tiësto, WestBam, Jean Jacques Smoothie, Junior Jack, Boogie Pimps, Milk & Sugar, Mousse T. and many more.
