Timothy F. Rattay is the American football quarterbacks coach for the Oklahoma State Cowboys. Prior to becoming a coach, Rattay played in the National Football League and United Football League as a quarterback. He played college football at Louisiana Tech, and was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the seventh round of the 2000 NFL Draft.

Tony Rice is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback in the Canadian Football League (CFL) and World League of American Football. Rice played professional football for three seasons for the CFL's Saskatchewan Roughriders and the Barcelona Dragons of the World League from 1990 to 1992. The 1985 Oklahoma Sooners football team represented the University of Oklahoma in the 1985 NCAA Division I-A football season. This year was Barry Switzer's 13th season as head coach. The Sooners ended this season with 11 wins and a sole loss coming to the Miami Hurricanes in Norman, in a game in which the Sooners lost starting quarterback Troy Aikman for the season. The Sooners were forced to place their trust in lightning-quick true freshman quarterback Jamelle Holieway and a physical defense featuring three All-Americans, who led them to a Big 8 Conference title and a national championship. This was Oklahoma's sixth national championship and 34th conference championship in school history.

Edward Rubbert is a former American football quarterback in the National Football League for the Washington Redskins as a member of the Redskins' replacement team during the 1987 NFL players' strike. Rubbert played college football for the University of Louisville. He completed the longest pass from scrimmage in the 1987 NFL season, an 88-yard touchdown to Anthony Allen on October 4, and led the Redskins to two consecutive wins on their way to a Super Bowl XXII championship. Rubbert also started a third game only to be injured; the Redskins eventually won that game behind backup replacement quarterback Tony Robinson, and the following week the Redskins' regular players returned to the field following the end of the strike. Rubbert is now a coach for Mainland Regional High School located in Linwood, New Jersey. The high school contains kids from Linwood, Somers Point, and Northfield.

Thomas Mason Stevens is a professional gridiron football quarterback for the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at Mississippi State and was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the seventh round of the 2020 NFL Draft as a quarterback. Stevens initially played football at Penn State before transferring to Mississippi State. He played high school football at Decatur Central High School (DCHS) in Indianapolis. He played safety and quarterback in high school. Stevens has also been a member of the Carolina Panthers and New York Giants.
