Treasure Coast Square is a shopping mall in Martin County, Florida, United States. It comprises 115 stores, including anchor stores Dillard's, JCPenney, and Macy's, Elev8 Fun, as well as a food court and Regal 16-screen movie theater. The mall is managed by Simon Property Group, and opened in 1987.
Developed by Edward J. DeBartolo, the mall opened in 1987 with original anchor tenants J. C. Penney, Jordan Marsh, and Lord & Taylor. [1] The mall's opening caused the decline of the existing Martin Square Mall in nearby Stuart, from which J. C. Penney relocated, and Boca Mall (now known as Mizner Park) in Boca Raton. [2]
The opening of the mall attracted nearly 800,000 square feet of new retail development in its area in the first ten years of opening. [2]
As of 2025, a new anchor tenant is filling in the vacant Sears department store, which closed in February 2019. [3] Elev8 Fun is opening a new 115,000-square foot indoor family entertainment park in summer 2025. [4]
Miami International Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in Doral, Florida in southwestern Metropolitan Miami, only half a mile away from the larger Dolphin Mall. The Miami International Airport is nearby, thus giving the mall its name. It was built by the Edward J. DeBartolo Corp. in 1982, and is currently managed by Simon Property Group, who owns 47.8% of it. The mall features retailers JCPenney, Macy's, and Macy's Men's Store.
Newport Centre, commonly known as Newport Mall, is a shopping mall in Jersey City, New Jersey, that opened in 1987. It is a major component of the enormous Newport, Jersey City, a mixed-use community on the Hudson River waterfront across from Lower Manhattan. One of eleven shopping malls in New Jersey managed by Simon Property Group, it is located at 30 Mall Drive West, and is bound by Henderson Street on the west, Mall Drive East on the east, 6th Street on the south, and Newport Parkway on the north. The mall has a gross leasable area of 1,152,599 sq ft (107,080 m2). The anchor stores are AMC Theatres, JCPenney, Macy's, and Kohl's. New anchor tenants Primark and Dick’s House of Sport are currently under construction.
Summit Place Mall, originally Pontiac Mall, was a shopping mall in Waterford Township, Michigan, United States. Opened in 1962 as the first enclosed mall in Michigan, it was built on a 74-acre (30 ha) site. After expansions in 1987 and 1993, it comprised more than 1,400,000 square feet (130,000 m2) of retail space. At its peak, it had approximately 200 inline tenants and six anchor stores: Hudson's, Sears, J. C. Penney, Montgomery Ward, Service Merchandise, and Kohl's.
Tanger Outlets Palm Beach is a 440,000 sq ft (41,000 m2) outlet shopping center in West Palm Beach, Florida. Opened on February 14, 2014, it was developed on the site of the former Palm Beach Mall. Palm Beach Outlets features over 130 stores and restaurants including Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, J.Crew, Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, Under Armour, and Vera Bradley. The center’s ownership entered into a venture with Tanger Outlets as of July 29, 2022 which provided for Tanger to replace New England Development to become the property’s manager and co-owner
Uptown Janesville is an enclosed shopping mall located in Janesville, Wisconsin, United States. Opened in 1973, the mall has nearly 30 tenants. The anchor stores are Dick's Sporting Goods, Ulta Beauty, and Kohl's. There are 3 vacant anchor stores that were once Sears, Boston Store, and JCPenney.
May Company California was an American chain of department stores operating in Southern California and Nevada, with headquarters at its flagship Downtown Los Angeles store until 1983 when it moved them to North Hollywood. It was a subsidiary of May Department Stores and merged with May's other Southern California subsidiary, J. W. Robinson's, in 1993 to form Robinsons-May.
University Park Mall is a shopping mall in Mishawaka, Indiana, United States. It serves the South Bend and Michiana areas. Opened in 1979, the mall currently features Barnes & Noble, JCPenney, and Macy's as its anchor stores, with one vacant anchor previously occupied by Sears. The mall was built by the Edward J. DeBartolo Corporation along with George and Donald Cressy. It opened with JCPenney, Sears, L. S. Ayres, and Hudson's, the last of which converted to Marshall Field's in 1997. Marshall Field's was closed in 2006 and demolished for an outdoor concourse featuring Barnes & Noble, while L. S. Ayres was converted to Macy's the same year. Sears closed in 2019. The mall has undergone a number of renovations in its history, including the addition of a food court in 1995 and removal of a movie theater in 2000. University Park Mall features over 100 stores within over 900,000 square feet (84,000 m2) of mall space. It is owned and managed by Simon Property Group.
Stonewood Center, sometimes referred to as Stonewood Mall, is a shopping mall located in Downey, California, which is one of the Gateway Cities of Southeastern Los Angeles County. It is located at the intersection of Firestone and Lakewood Boulevards, and it is from this intersection that the mall's name is derived. It is within a few miles of many freeways in the area: I-5 and I-605, I-710 and I-105 freeways. The mall is owned and operated by The Macerich Company and is part of its trifecta of malls in southeast Los Angeles County along with the Los Cerritos Center in Cerritos and the Lakewood Center in Lakewood. Stonewood Center comprises 145 stores, including several restaurants.
Boynton Beach Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in Boynton Beach, Florida, owned by Washington Prime Group, who assumed ownership of the mall and 97 others after its spinoff from Simon Property Group in 2014, which in turn took over from developer Edward J. DeBartolo Corporation following the 1996 DeBartolo-Simon merger. Its tenants include Macy's, Dillard's Clearance Center, JCPenney, Christ Fellowship, Cinemark, and about 135 specialty stores and eateries.
Richardson Square Mall was an enclosed single-level shopping center located in Richardson, Texas on Plano Road, stretching between the intersections of Belt Line Road and Spring Valley Road, that was in business from 1977 to 2006. The mall attached to an existing Sears, which served as one of four anchor stores. Two anchors, including Sears, were single-level, while the others were two level.

Staunton Mall was a shopping mall in Augusta County, Virginia, United States. It was slightly outside the city limits of Staunton, Virginia. Opened in 1968 as Staunton Plaza, it originally featured J. C. Penney, Montgomery Ward, Woolworth, and Safeway as its major stores. An expansion plan between 1985 and 1987 enclosed the formerly open-air property while adding Leggett as a third department store and renaming the property to Staunton Mall. The mall underwent a number of anchor store changes throughout the late 1980s and early 1990s: Safeway became an outlet store for Sears, then Goody's and Gold's Gym, while Woolworth was converted to Stone & Thomas and then to Peebles, and Montgomery Ward became Steve & Barry's. The mall lost many inline stores throughout the 21st century, and passed through several owners before closing on January 1, 2021.
Lakeland Square Mall is a shopping center situated on the northern side of Lakeland, Florida. Serving Polk County as one of only two enclosed malls, it holds the distinction of being the sole shopping destination off of I-4 between Tampa and Orlando. Presently, the mall is anchored by Dillard's, Resale America, J. C. Penney, Urban Air Adventure Park, and Cinemark Theatres.
Charlottesville Fashion Square is a shopping mall in Charlottesville, Virginia, United States. It is anchored by two Belk stores. It is a regional mall located about one mile (1.6 km) north of the Charlottesville city limits on U.S. Route 29 in unincorporated Albemarle County.

Regency Mall is an enclosed shopping mall outside of Richmond, Virginia in unincorporated Henrico County, Virginia, United States. Opened in 1975 as Regency Square, the mall features a food court and more than 60 tenants, currently with no anchors. Macy's, which had two locations at Regency Square, closed in spring 2016, Sears closed in summer 2017, and JCPenney closed in fall 2020. Forever 21 closed in early 2020 as part of that brand's restructuring plan.

In addition, the mall includes a food court and Tristone Palm Desert 10 Cinemas. The cinema has closed as of February 5, 2023. Numerous theater chains have been in discussion.
