History

The center opened in 2008 with Dick's Sporting Goods, J. C. Penney, Bed Bath & Beyond, Borders Books & Music (closed 2011), Designer Shoe Warehouse, Ulta, Stein Mart, and Squeeze Play are among its anchor stores. [1] [3] Bed Bath & Beyond and J. C. Penney predated the mall's opening by several months. [4] Borders closed in 2011 and was replaced by an Earth Fare organic supermarket, [5] which has also since closed.

Mall of Georgia is an enclosed super-regional shopping mall located in unincorporated Gwinnett County, Georgia, near the city of Buford, 30 miles (48 km) northeast of Atlanta. Opened in 1999 like Arbor Place Mall, it is currently the largest shopping mall in both the Atlanta Metropolitan Area and the state of Georgia, consisting of more than two hundred stores on three levels. The mall's anchor stores include Belk, Dillard's, JCPenney, Macy's, and the state's third Von Maur, while other major stores include Barnes & Noble, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Haverty's. Also featured in the mall is a large village section, comprising lifestyle tenants and restaurants in an outdoor setting, as well as a 500-seat amphitheater. In 2017 the Mall of Georgia renovated the indoor food court area by updating the seating arrangements, furniture styles, and color schemes. Mall of Georgia was built by and is still owned by Simon Property Group. A portion of the Ivy Creek Greenway runs along the shopping mall area.

Philadelphia Mills

Philadelphia Mills is an enclosed shopping mall in Northeast Philadelphia, bordering Bensalem in Bucks County and 15 miles (24 km) from Center City. Formerly named for Benjamin Franklin, the mall is home to 125 stores, a movie theatre, a food court, and seven theme restaurants and was visited by an estimated 18 million people in 2006. The anchor stores are Dave & Buster's, Forever 21, Urban Planet, Saks Fifth Avenue, Marshalls, HomeGoods, American Freight, Walmart, AMC Theatres, and Burlington. Three currently vacant anchor stores once housed Phar-Mor, JCPenney, and Modell's Sporting Goods.

Palm Beach Outlets is a 440,000 sq ft (41,000 m2) outlet shopping center in West Palm Beach, Florida. Opened on February 14, 2014, it was developed on the site of the former Palm Beach Mall. Palm Beach Outlets features over 130 stores and restaurants including Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, J.Crew, Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, Under Armour, and Vera Bradley.

Castleton Square

Castleton Square is an enclosed shopping mall in the Castleton neighborhood on the northeastern side of Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. Built by Edward J. DeBartolo Corporation and Homart Development Company in 1972, it is owned and managed by Simon Property Group. It is the largest mall in the state of Indiana, and has remained so since its construction. The center's original anchor stores were J. C. Penney, Sears, Lazarus, and Woolworth. Expansions in 1990 and 1998 added to the total number of anchor and inline stores, while also adding a food court. The mall's anchor stores are AMC Castleton Square 14, J. C. Penney, Dick's Sporting Goods, Macy's, and Von Maur, with one vacant anchor last occupied by Sears. Overall, Castleton Square consists of over 130 inline stores, including H&M and forever 21

The Mall at Greece Ridge

The Mall at Greece Ridge is located in Greece, a suburb of Rochester, New York, and managed by Wilmorite Management Group LLC. It contains 132 stores and restaurants in the main complex, with the anchors being Burlington, J. C. Penney, Macy's, Regal Greece Ridge, and a free-standing Target which opened in 1999, with one vacant anchor last occupied by Sears and a vacant second level above Burlington. Other big box retailers including Dick's Sporting Goods, Bed Bath & Beyond, Barnes & Noble, Michaels, Old Navy, Macy's Home, World Gym, and Ruby-Gordon Home.

It is owned and managed by Hendon Properties of Atlanta as of September 2013, purchased from CBL & Associates Properties. The mall closed due to Hurricane Michael and received major damages. It will not be reopening. However, a possible redevelopment of the site has been purposed in July 2020 for a potential redevelopment for an open-air retail center with a hotel, residential apartments and office space much like Pier Park to the west in Panama City Beach

Pinnacle Hills Promenade is a retail lifestyle center in Rogers, Arkansas. Opened in 2006, it features Bass Pro Shops, Dillard's, J. C. Penney, Target, and Best Buy as its anchor stores.
