Albertville Premium Outlets is an outlet center mall located in the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota metropolitan area, in the northwest suburb of Albertville, Minnesota. Albertville Premium Outlets is owned and managed by Simon Property Group. The center features over 100 stores, including Ralph Lauren, Nike, Coach, Lucky Brand Jeans, Puma and more. [2]

Albertville Premium Outlets has one anchor store located on their property, Ashley Home Furniture Studio. Also, Albertville Premium Outlets is home to a few dining options, which include TCBY Yogurt, Burger King, Five Guys, Starbucks, and Subway. [3]

Albertville Premium Outlets was once the only Simon Premium Outlets location in Minnesota, until Twin Cities Premium Outlets, an outlet mall in Eagan, Minnesota, opened in 2014. [4]

Albertville Premium Outlets decided to undergo a renovation in 2004, which added 40 more stores on the other side on County Road 19 in Albertville, Minnesota. The original side on the outlets has a little over 70 stores and Ashley Home Furniture Studio.

The Wrentham Village Premium Outlets is an open-air outlet power center owned by the Simon Property Group. It is located off I-495 and Route 1A in Wrentham, Massachusetts. The facility opened in 1997, and was expanded in 1998, 1999, and 2000. With 616,000 sq ft (57,200 m2) and 170 retailers, it has been credited as the reason for the downfall of the nearby, smaller Worcester Common Outlets, which closed in 2006, as well as the Cape Cod Factory Outlet Mall, which closed in 2011. Ultra Outlets of Medford is an outlet center located in Medford, Minnesota about 55 miles south of the Minneapolis–Saint Paul, Minnesota Metropolitan Area. Originally opened as Medford Outlet Center in 1991, it was the first outlet center to open in Minnesota. It includes retailers such as Old Navy, Eddie Bauer, Bath & Body Works, Maurices, Famous Footwear and a variety of local businesses. For a brief time the outlet center was known as Preferred Outlets of Medford until it reverted to its original name in 2011. Since 2015, the center has lost a significant amount of National and regional tenants, and could be considered a ‘dead’ mall.
