Phipps Plaza is a shopping mall in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, Georgia. It is located at the intersection of Peachtree Road and Lenox Road, adjacent to the Phipps Tower office building. The mall is currently owned and managed by Simon Property Group, and is considered a sister mall to the adjacent, Simon-owned Lenox Square. The mall features Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue.

The company built 18 "Landmark" centers in which the malls were named after "Mills", like "Vaughan Mills", or "St. Louis Mills"; and also over 20 "21st Century Retail" regional malls that they started operating in 2002, like Del Amo Fashion Center and Southdale Center. Most former Mills facilities have a large movie theater from 10 to 30 screens, and a large food court. Their facilities were normally built in colorful modern/abstract architectural designs, but in recent years have been renovated to more conventional designs with mainly neutral colors. Simon Property Group assumed management of the former Mills properties after the acquisition, and is operating the former "Landmark Mills" group as a separate operating segment within its organization.

The mall sits next to Interstate 94, and is approximately 50 miles north of Chicago and 40 miles south of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The mall was developed by the McArthurGlen Group, and was built in stages between 1988 and 1992. Since 2010, it has been owned by Simon Property Group and managed as part of Simon's Premium Outlets division.
