UFC on Fuel TV: Franklin vs. Le (also known as UFC on Fuel TV 6) was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on November 10, 2012, at the Macau, SAR, China. [2] It was the first UFC event held in China. [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8]
As a result of the cancellation of UFC 151, bouts between Takeya Mizugaki vs. Jeff Hougland and John Lineker vs. Yasuhiro Urushitani were rescheduled for this event. [9]
Marcelo Guimarães was expected to face Hyun Gyu Lim at the event; however, Guimarães was forced out of the bout with an injury and replaced by David Mitchell. [10] Lim was then pulled from the bout by doctors and the fight was subsequently cancelled. [11]
Kyung Ho Kang was expected to face Alex Caceres at this event; however, Kang was forced out of the bout with an injury and was replaced by promotional newcomer Motonobu Tezuka. [12]

Takanori Gomi is a Japanese professional mixed martial artist who gained international fame in Pride Fighting Championships. Later in his career, Gomi also competed in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Gomi is the only Pride FC Lightweight Champion in the organization's history. He became the Lightweight Grand Prix Winner at Pride Shockwave 2005, thus winning every lightweight accolade put forth by Pride FC. Gomi also held a record twelve-fight winning streak in Shooto, where he was a former Shooto Lightweight Champion, as well as a four-time All-Japan Combat Wrestling Champion.
Takeya Mizugaki is a retired Japanese mixed martial artist who most notably competed in the Bantamweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. A professional competitor since 2005, Mizugaki has also competed for Absolute Championship Berkut, WEC, Shooto, and Cage Force.
Yasuhiro Urushitani is a Japanese mixed martial artist competing in the flyweight division. Urushitani held the Shooto bantamweight championship from 2010 to 2012 before vacating it to sign with the UFC. UFC 151: Jones vs. Henderson was a planned mixed martial arts event that was to be held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on September 1, 2012, at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was to be headlined by a UFC Light Heavyweight Championship bout, between champion Jon Jones and former dual-division PRIDE FC and Strikeforce champion Dan Henderson. However, the event was cancelled on August 23, when the UFC announced Henderson was unable to fight due to injury, and Jones refused to take a replacement fight against longtime middleweight contender, Chael Sonnen.
