Upstarts is an Indian comedy-drama film directed by Udai Singh Pawar and Produced by Janani Ravichandran and Jawahar Sharma. [1] [2] The film stars Priyanshu Painyuli, Chandrachoor Rai and Shadab Kamal in the lead roles and follows the story of three college graduates who create a startup and the events that follow. [3] [4] It was released on 18 October 2019 on Netflix. [5] [6] Upstart was announced by Netflix among the nine films to be made by them. [7] Raja Krishna Menon served as the creative producer. [8]

Mirzapur is an Indian action crime thriller streaming television series created for Amazon Prime Video, by Karan Anshuman, who wrote the script along with Puneet Krishna & Vineet Krishna. Anshuman directed the first season of the series, along with Gurmmeet Singh and Mihit Desai, the latter of whom directed the second season. The series is produced by Rithesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar of Excel Entertainment. The story follows Akhandanand Tripathi, also known as Kaleen Bhaiya, the mafia don and proverbial ruler of Mirzapur in the Purvanchal region of Uttar Pradesh. Selection Day is an Indian sports drama streaming television series, based on Aravind Adiga's 2016 novel of the same name. Produced by Anil Kapoor and Anand Tucker, and adapted for television by Marston Bloom it stars Mohammad Samad, Yash Dholye, Karanvir Malhotra, Rajesh Tailang, Mahesh Manjrekar, Ratna Pathak Shah, Shiv Panditt, Parul Gulati, Amruta Subhash and Akshay Oberoi. The series follows the life of two brothers Radha and Manju who are raised by their cricket obsessed father and meet their rival Javed. The first six episodes of Selection Day premiered on 28 December 2018 on Netflix. Part 2, consisting of another set of six episodes, was premiered on 19 April 2019.

The Family Man is an Indian Hindi-language spy thriller streaming television series created by Raj & DK for the streaming service Amazon Prime Video and features Manoj Bajpayee as Srikant Tiwari, a middle-class man secretly working as an intelligence officer for the Threat Analysis and Surveillance Cell (TASC), a fictitious branch of the National Investigation Agency. It also stars Priyamani, Sharad Kelkar, Neeraj Madhav, Sharib Hashmi, Dalip Tahil, Sunny Hinduja and Shreya Dhanwanthary. The series is produced and directed by Raj & D.K, who also co-wrote the story and screenplay with Suman Kumar, with dialogue penned by Sumit Arora and Kumar. Samantha Ruth Prabhu was hired for the second season of the series as the main antagonist, making her foray into the digital medium with Suparn S. Verma directing a section of the season.

<i>Pippa</i> (film) 2023 Indian film directed by Raja Krishna Menon

Pippa is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language biographical war film based on the life of Captain Balram Singh Mehta of India's 45 Cavalry regiment who, along with his siblings, fought on the eastern front during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971. Named after the Russian amphibious war tank PT-76, which floats on water like an empty ‘pippa’ (tin) of ghee, the film traces Mehta's coming-of-age as he steps up to prove himself in Bangladesh Liberation War. It is an adaptation of real life events during the Battle of Garibpur in 1971, and is directed by Raja Krishna Menon. The film was produced by RSVP Movies and Roy Kapur Films, with Ronnie Screwvala and Siddharth Roy Kapur as producers. It stars Ishaan Khatter, Mrunal Thakur and Priyanshu Painyuli in lead roles. The film is an adaptation of Brigadier Balram Singh Mehta's war memoir, 'The Burning Chaffees'.

Shehar Lakhot is an Indian Hindi-language drama television series written and directed by Navdeep Singh. It was produced under the banner of Offroad Films, and stars Priyanshu Painyuli, Shruthy Menon, Chandan Roy Sanyal and Kubbra Sait. The series premiered on Amazon Prime Video on November 30, 2023, and has received mixed reviews from critics.
