Uroproctus is a monotypic genus of Thelyphonid whip scorpions, first described by Reginald Innes Pocock in 1894. [1] Its single species, Uroproctusassamensis is distributed in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, India and Nepal. [2]
