State Route 264 is a state highway in central Utah that connects Sanpete County to Carbon County through Flat Canyon, Boulger Canyon, Upper Huntington Canyon, and Eccles Canyon. [1] It is part of The Energy Loop, a National Scenic Byway.
From its western terminus at SR-31, SR-264 heads southeast until it reaches Emery County, where it turns to the north. Afterwards it turns back to the east through Carbon County to its eastern terminus at SR-96.
The western portion of SR-264, from SR-31 east to the Sanpete-Emery County line, near the north end of Electric Lake, was added to the state highway system in 1915, [2] and became part of SR-31 in 1927. [3] Due to the creation of Electric Lake, a new alignment for SR-31 was designated in 1976, and present SR-264 was given back to the county. [2] The Utah Transportation Commission restored that roadway to the state highway system in 1985 when it created SR-264 along its present route. [4]

State Route 198 is a highway completely within Utah County in northern Utah that connects Santaquin to Spanish Fork via Payson and Salem. The route runs 16 miles (26 km). The entire length of the route is an old routing of US-6 and US-50; a portion of the route was also US-91. These routes were re-aligned or truncated after the Interstate Highway System was constructed through this part of Utah.
State Route 42 (SR-42) is a 7.390-mile-long (11.893 km) state highway completely within Box Elder County in the U.S. state of Utah. It connects SR-30 to former SH-81 at the Idaho state line. The highway was formerly part of U.S. Route 30S (US-30S), prior to being bypassed and replaced with what is now signed as Interstate 84 (I-84).
State Route 31 (SR-31) is a state highway in Sanpete and Emery Counties in the U.S. state of Utah. It runs for 47.746 miles (76.840 km) from US-89 at Fairview to SR-10 in Huntington. The highway has been designated as part of The Energy Loop, a National Scenic Byway.
State Route 29 (SR-29) is a state highway in Emery County in the U.S. state of Utah. It runs for 21.732 miles (34.974 km) from the Sanpete-Emery County line near Joe's Valley Reservoir to SR-10 three miles (5 km) north of Castle Dale.
State Route 57 (SR-57) is a state highway in Emery County in the U.S. state of Utah. It runs for 10.69 miles (17.20 km) from the junction with SR-10 three miles (5 km) south of Castle Dale to the Wilberg Coal Mine, northwest of Orangeville.
U.S. Route 89 in the U.S. state of Utah is a north-south United States Highway spanning more than 502 miles (807.891 km) through the central part of the state, making it the longest road in Utah. Between Provo and Brigham City, US-89 serves as a local road, paralleling Interstate 15, but the portions from Arizona north to Provo and Brigham City northeast to Wyoming serve separate corridors. The former provides access to several national parks and Arizona, and the latter connects I-15 with Logan, the state's only Metropolitan Statistical Area not on the Interstate.
U.S. Route 191 (US-191) is a major 404.168-mile (650.445 km), north–south U.S. Numbered Highway through eastern Utah, United States. The present alignment of US-191, which stretches from Mexico to Canada, was created in 1981 through Utah. Previously the route had entered northern Utah, ending at US-91 in Brigham City, but with the completion of I-15 it was truncated to Yellowstone National Park and re-extended on a completely different alignment. In addition to a large portion of US-163, this extension absorbed several state routes: SR-33, most of SR-44, and SR-260.
State Route 30 (SR-30) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Utah. It is the only highway signed as a Utah state route to traverse the entire width of the state. Legislatively the highway exists as 3 separate segments. With implied connections via Interstate 84 and U.S. Route 89, the highway is drivable as a continuous route from Nevada to Wyoming. The western segment is a historic corridor paralleling the pre-Lucin Cutoff routing of the First transcontinental railroad. A portion of the eastern segment has been designated the Bear Lake Scenic Byway as part of the Utah Scenic Byways program. The route was created in 1966 by combining several state highways into a single designation.
State Route 10 (SR-10) is a State Highway in the U.S. state of Utah. The highway follows a long valley in Eastern Utah between the Wasatch Plateau on the west and the San Rafael Swell on the east.
State Route 152 (SR-152) is a state highway in the suburbs of Salt Lake City, Utah connecting SR-71 in Murray to I-215 and city-maintained Highland Drive in Cottonwood Heights, though for almost all of its length it forms the border between Murray and Holladay. The route, which is 3.04 miles (4.89 km), is laid on the entire length of the Van Winkle Expressway and a portion of Highland Drive.
State Route 224 (SR-224) is a north–south state highway in the U.S. state of Utah. The route connects Interstate 80 and Kimball Junction in the north to Park City in the south. Ski resorts line the mostly four-lane highway, including Park City Resort and Deer Valley. The highway has changed paths many times since its formation in 1941, at one point connecting to Big Cottonwood Canyon and Salt Lake County. However, realignments brought the route to its present path by 1990.
State Route 248 is a highway in northern Utah that connects Park City with Kamas. In Park City it is known as Kearns Boulevard.
State Route 65 (SR-65) is a 28.315-mile-long (45.569 km) state highway in northern Utah. It connects Interstate 80 (I-80) near the Mountain Dell Dam to I-84 in Henefer.
State Route 35 is a highway in northern Utah connecting SR-32 in Francis to SR-87 in Duchesne in a span of sixty-two miles.
State Route 210 (SR-210) is a state route in the U.S. state of Utah that is the access road for Little Cottonwood Canyon and the ski resorts of Alta and Snowbird. The 13.62 mi (21.92 km) highway straddles the southeastern edge of the Salt Lake Valley before it enters the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon.
State Route 39 (SR-39) is a state highway in northern Utah connecting Ogden to Woodruff via Ogden Canyon and Huntsville. The highway is on 12th Street in Ogden and the Ogden River Scenic Byway through Ogden Canyon. The route is over sixty-seven miles long.
State Route 45 (SR-45) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Utah. It runs from Dragon Road south of Bonanza in Uintah County north to US-40 in Naples, south of Vernal. The route spans 40.03 miles (64.42 km) south–north.
