Utica Square is an upscale outdoor shopping center located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. [1] [2] The mall is anchored by a branch of the Saks Fifth Avenue chain (which opened at Utica Square in 1986). [3] The shopping center features a number of smaller, mostly independent shops.

Utica Square opened on May 22, 1952 as Tulsa's first suburban shopping center. [4] Helmerich & Payne, Inc., an energy company, purchased Utica Square in 1964, [1] and bought Miss Jackson's in 2001. [5]

Previous anchor stores included Renberg's (closed 1998), [6] John A. Brown Department Store (converted to Dillard's in 1984; Dillard's closed 2001), T G & Y, and C.R. Anthony. Current stores include American Eagle, Ann Taylor, Anthropologie, Banana Republic, Coach, Talbots, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, L’Occitane, Restoration Hardware, Starbucks, and JoS. A. Bank Clothiers. A medical building was built in 1956 and demolished in 2002. [7]

The Florida Mall Shopping mall in Orlando, Florida, United States

The Florida Mall is a super regional enclosed shopping mall located south of Orlando in unincorporated Orange County, Florida, United States, on the southeast corner of Orange Blossom Trail and Sand Lake Road; it opened in 1986. The facility was developed by a Joint Venture of Eddie DeBartolo of DeBartolo Realty & JCP Realty, Inc. starting in 1979-1984; it is currently managed by Simon Property Group, which owns 50%, having fallen to Simon following the 1996 merger of Simon and DeBartolo Realty into Simon DeBartolo Group. With 1,699,571 sq ft (157,900 m2) of gross leasable area and 294 retailers, it is one of the largest single-story malls in the United States and the largest mall in Central Florida.

SouthPark is an upscale shopping mall in the affluent SouthPark neighborhood in Charlotte, North Carolina. The mall is located approximately five miles (8 km) south of Uptown Charlotte, at the corner of Sharon and Fairview Roads. With 1,678,376 square feet (160,000 m2), It is one of the most profitable malls in the country with sales at over $700 per square foot. It is the 10th largest on the East Coast and is the 28th largest in the United States. SouthPark is the most congested shopping area in the United States during Black Friday weekend.

Fashion Show Mall Shopping mall in Nevada, U.S.

Fashion Show is a shopping mall located on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. The mall hosts weekend fashion shows on a retractable runway within the mall's central atrium, hence the name. The architecture of the mall is notable for "The Cloud", a 412-ton steel disk added in 2001 that hovers 128 feet above the mall to provide shade and a projection surface for advertising and events. Anchor stores are Dick's Sporting Goods, Dillard's, Forever 21, two Macy's stores, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Saks Fifth Avenue.

WestShore Plaza Shopping mall in Florida, United States

WestShore Plaza is one of two enclosed shopping malls located in the Westshore business district of Tampa, Florida, developed by Albert L. Manley of Boston, MA. WestShore Plaza was opened in 1967 and was touted as Tampa's first shopping center that was fully air-conditioned. Palm Beach Outlets is a 440,000 sq ft (41,000 m2) outlet shopping center in West Palm Beach, Florida. Opened on February 14, 2014, it was developed on the site of the former Palm Beach Mall. Dadeland Mall is a large enclosed shopping mall located in Kendall, Florida, in the Dadeland district. The mall, originally developed by the Joseph Meyerhoff Company of Baltimore, opened October 1, 1962 as a 535,000-square-foot (49,700 m2), open-air complex of 60 stores and services. Dadeland Mall is located between South Dixie Highway (US-1) and the Palmetto Expressway at its southern terminus where it meets US-1. It was originally developed by Homart Development Company, and opened in August 1976. Woodland Hills Mall features 148 specialty shops and restaurants, 80 of which are unique to the Tulsa area. The anchor stores are JCPenney, Macy's, and Dillard's. There is 1 vacant anchor store that was once Sears.

The Great Mall of the Great Plains Shopping mall

The Great Mall of the Great Plains was a shopping mall located in Olathe, Kansas, United States. It was the largest outlet mall in the state of Kansas, and boasted over 150 stores and 10 anchors, laid out in a half-mile racetrack pattern. Burlington Coat Factory is the mall's last remaining anchor store; amenities included indoor glow-in-the-dark miniature golf course, a food court, a Game Zone arcade, and a Dickinson Theatres movie theater with sixteen screens. Great Mall of the Great Plains was owned & managed by Glimcher Properties Trust until January 2009. The mall closed on September 18, 2015, although Burlington Coat Factory remained open. Demolition on the mall began on July 11, 2016 and was finished in January 2017. As of January 2017, the Burlington Coat Factory Store is the only store still open on the site. While developers announced in January 2018 that a redevelopment called Mentum would replace the old mall, this never happened. In October 2021, Olathe-based company Garmin Ltd. indicated that it acquired the property, likely to expand its company's headquarters.

Fashion Valley is an upscale, open-air shopping mall in Mission Valley in San Diego, California. The shopping center has 1,720,533 sq ft (159,842.7 m2) of leasable floor area, making it the largest mall in San Diego and one of the largest in California. It is managed by the 50% owner Simon Property Group.

Tulsa Promenade Mall is a 926,426-square-foot (86,067.8 m2) shopping center located in the Midtown section of Tulsa, Oklahoma. It is anchored by Dillard's, Sky Fitness, and a third anchor store last occupied by Mervyn's until February, 2006 and a fourth anchor last occupied by Macy's until March 26, 2017. The mall sits on 22 acres of land.
