The Vice Co. Blockbusters is a former men's volleyball team playing in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL). [1] [2] The team was owned by comedian and TV host Vice Ganda. [3]

The Premier Volleyball League (PVL) is a women's professional volleyball league in the Philippines organized by Sports Vision Management Group, Inc. The league began in 2004 as the Shakey's V-League (SVL), a women's collegiate league. In 2017 the league was renamed into Premier Volleyball League. From 2011 to 2020, the league was open to participation of corporate clubs and other non-collegiate teams. The league status turned professional in 2021.

Conference will start on April 27, 2018 with a Grand Fans Day at the Trinoma Activity Center, Quezon City, 9 days before its opening ceremonies and games on May 6, 2018 at the Filoil Flying V Centre, San Juan City, Philippines. PLDT returns as PayMaya after two years of absence in the league and newcomer teams, Tacloban Fighting Warays and Petro Gazz Angels are expected to join the league.
Teams will play a single round robin in the preliminary round. The top two teams after the preliminary round will automatically enter the semifinals round. The bottom teams after the preliminary round will play a single round robin to determine the two teams that will advance to the semifinals round.

The Motolite Volleyball Team is the professional women's volleyball team playing in the Premier Volleyball League. The team is owned by Philippine Batteries Inc. and named after its subsidiary, Motolite Batteries.

Maria Angelica "Gel" Cayuna is a Filipino volleyball player. Cayuna played for the FEU Lady Tamaraws collegiate women's University team. She is currently playing for the Cignal HD Spikers in the Premier Volleyball League.
