Segeberg is a district in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It is bounded by the districts of Pinneberg, Steinburg and Rendsburg-Eckernförde, the city of Neumünster, the districts of Plön, Ostholstein and Stormarn, and the city state of Hamburg.
Salmon Bay is a portion of the Lake Washington Ship Canal—a canal which passes through the city of Seattle, linking Lake Washington to Puget Sound—that lies west of the Fremont Cut. It is the westernmost section of the canal, and empties into Puget Sound's Shilshole Bay. Because of the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, the smaller, western half of the bay is salt water, and the eastern half is fresh water. Before construction of the Ship Canal, Salmon Bay was entirely salt water.

Vince lactam is the commercial name given to the bicyclic molecule γ-lactam 2-azabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-3-one. This lactam is a versatile chemical intermediate used in organic and medicinal chemistry. It is used as a synthetic precursor for three drugs. It is named after Robert Vince who has used the structural features of this molecule for the preparation of carbocyclic nucleosides. Vince's work with this lactam eventually led to his synthesis of abacavir. Peramivir synthesis is also dependent on Vince lactam starting material.
Filelight is a KDE graphical disk usage analyzer, part of the KDE Utils package, which uses the sunburst chart technique to display disk usage. Instead of showing a tree view of the files within a partition or directory, or even a columns-represent-directories view like xdiskusage, it shows a series of concentric pie charts representing the various directories within the requested partition or directory and the amount of space they use. A user may also click on the pie chart segment representing a particular directory, and repeat the analysis for that directory, right click that segment to open a file manager or terminal emulator in that location, or copy to clipboard or delete the directory, and they may right click the segment representing a file to open it, copy it to the clipboard, or delete it.

Aeroflot Flight 7841 was a scheduled Soviet domestic passenger flight from Minsk to Leningrad, which crashed on 1 February 1985 killing fifty eight people on board. Twenty-two people survived the accident. The crash was caused by engine failure brought on by ice ingestion. On 8 May 1985 the aircraft was officially written off.

The Altensteig mid-air collision was on the 11 August 1955 when two United States Air Force Fairchild C-119G Flying Boxcars collided and crashed three miles from Altensteig in West Germany. The aircraft were part of a formation of nine C-119s flying a training mission from Stuttgart-Echterdingen airfield, West Germany with troops from the United States Seventh Army. With all 66 on board both aircraft killed, it was, at the time, the worst air crash in Germany.

The station will broadcast with an average effective radiated power (ERP) of 31 watts from facilities near the intersection of Chabanel and Jean Pratt Streets in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough of Montreal.

It is developed by the plasmaTEC group of the Plasma Laboratory for Fusion Energy and Applications at Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica. It began operation as Latin America's first stellerator on 29 June 2016.
