"Welcome to Rainbow" is a 2006 song by Swedish musician Basshunter. It was self-released by Basshunter on 1 April 2006. "Welcome to Rainbow" comprises four tracks,which were re-released on subsequent Basshunter studio albums.
Basshunter announced the release of "Welcome to Rainbow" on 20 December 2005. [1] Ultimately he self-released it in Sweden on 1 April 2006. Basshunter wrote the lyrics and music;Fredrik Jansson mastered the songs. The artwork was produced by Djb Design. [2]
The single contains four tracks which last 18 minutes and 53 seconds. The first two tracks are "Welcome to Rainbow" and its hardstyle remix,which is the longest track on this release lasting five minutes and 29 seconds. The remaining two tracks,"Evil Beat" and "Boten Anna",are a bonus tracks. "Evil Beat" is the shortest track at three minutes and 30 seconds. [2]
Basshunter initially published his song "Boten Anna" online in March 2006. [3] Within twenty-four hours,the song was downloaded 37,000 times. [4] With this success,Basshunter received several proposals from music labels. [5] In April 2006,he signed with Extensive Music [6] and Warner Music Sweden, [7] and on 9 May 2006,a shorter version of "Boten Anna" was released as a single. [8] It was later included on Basshunter's second studio album LOL (2006). [9] By 8 June 2006,the song had been downloaded over 1,000,000 times. [4] "Evil Beat" was renamed "The Beat" and released as a reissue on LOL. [10] New versions of "Welcome to Rainbow" and its hardstyle remix (renamed "Hardstyle Drops"),alongside the single version of "Boten Anna" appear on his fourth studio album Now You're Gone –The Album (2008). [11] In 2020 a fragment of the "Welcome to Rainbow" was played on the radio programme P3 Musikdokumentär broadcast by Sveriges Radio. [12]

Jonas Erik Altberg, known professionally as Basshunter, is a Swedish singer, record producer, songwriter and DJ. As indicated by his stage name, Basshunter is known for bass-heavy eurodance, trance, and electronic pop music.
"Boten Anna" is a song by Swedish musician Basshunter, from his first studio album, LOL. Following the single's release in 2006, Basshunter gained popularity in his native Sweden, as well as Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Poland and the Netherlands. The song topped hit charts and, on 3 May 2006, was named Norway's official Russ-song of the year. It was also the most popular song at The Gathering LAN party 2006. An English version titled "Now You're Gone", sung by Sebastian Westwood, using unrelated lyrics, was released in December 2007.
"Vi sitter i Ventrilo och spelar DotA" is a song by Swedish musician Basshunter which samples a remixed version of the French song "Daddy DJ" by Daddy DJ. The lyrics, in Swedish, are about using the voice chat program Ventrilo while playing Defense of the Ancients, a fan-made gamemode within Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos. The song incorporates samples from the game. It was released as the second single from Basshunter's second album LOL.

An international edition was released on 22 December 2006, with a red version of the cover artwork. In 2005 a remastered version of this album was released, with better sound quality and volume. In 2006 album was released on Basshunter webpage as The Bass Machine. All tracks listed on the album were re-released on The Early Bedroom Sessions in 2012.
"Now You're Gone" is a song performed by Swedish dance musician Basshunter in cooperation with DJ Mental Theo's Bazzheadz. The single uses the same music as "Boten Anna", Basshunter's major European hit in 2006, but its lyrics, performed in English by Sebastian Westwood, are completely different.
Kobojsarna is a Eurodance group from Sweden, founded in 2003 by Mikael Collin, Emil Carlin, and Richard Mellberg. Richard left the group in 2010. Kobojsarna is the only group ever to win the Russ "Song of the Year" in Norway twice, and also twice in a row. They won both in 2007 with Sång Om Ingenting and in 2008 with Jag Vet Du Vill Ha Mig. Then in 2011 they came in second place with La Perla. The song samples Reel 2 Real's "I Like to Move It". "Saturday" peaked at number twenty-one on the UK Singles Chart and number five on the UK Dance Chart. In Ireland, it peaked at number thirty-seven.
