Wen Xiaoyan (born 12 October 1997) [1] is a Chinese Paralympic athlete. [2] She represented China at the 2016 Summer Paralympics and she won two gold medals and one silver medal. [2] She also won three gold medals at the 2020 Summer Paralympics held in Tokyo, Japan.
Wen won the gold medal in the women's long jump T37 event and the silver medal in the women's 400 metres T37 event. [2] In the women's 4 × 100 metres relay T35-T38 event she won the gold medal together with Jiang Fenfen, Chen Junfei and Li Yingli. [2]
At the 2017 World Para Athletics Championships held in London, United Kingdom, Wen won the gold medal in the women's long jump T37 event. Two years later at the 2019 World Para Athletics Championships held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates she won three gold medals and one silver medal. She won the gold medal in the women's 100 metres T37, women's 200 metres T37 [3] and women's long jump T37 events. [4] She also won the silver medal in the 4 x 100 metres relay event.
Wen won the gold medal in the 200 metres T37 event at the 2020 Summer Paralympics held in Tokyo, Japan. She won the gold medal in the 100 metres T37 event with a world record of 13.00. She also won the gold medal in the long jump T37 event.
Evan George O'Hanlon, is an Australian Paralympic athlete, who competes mainly in category T38 sprint events. He has won five gold medals at two Paralympic Games – 2008 Beijing and 2012 London. He also represented Australia at the 2016 Rio Paralympics and 2020 Tokyo Paralympics, winning a silver medal and a bronze medal respectively. In winning the bronze medal in the Men's 100m T38 at the 2019 World Para Athletics Championships in Dubai, O'Hanlon became Australia's most successful male athlete with a disability. His bronze medal took him to 12 medals in five world championships – one more than four-time Paralympian Neil Fuller.
Jodi Elkington-Jones is Australian athlete who has cerebral palsy. She represented Australia at the 2012 Summer Paralympics and has also competed in two Commonwealth Games, winning gold in the 2014 Games in the F37/38 long jump. She represented Australia at the 2016 Rio Paralympics in athletics.
Johanna Benson is a Paralympian athlete from Walvis Bay, Namibia. She competes in T37 long jump and sprint events and at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London she won the women's 200 metres race in her classification. Her 200 metres success in London made her the first Paralympic gold medalist in Namibia's history.
Ella Azura Pardy is an Australian Paralympic athlete who competes in the T38 100m, 200m and long jump. She represented Australia at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in long jump and the 2015 IPC Athletics World Championships. She represented Australia at the 2016 Rio Paralympics in athletics where she won a bronze medal and the 2020 Summer Paralympics.
Liudmyla Danylina is a Ukrainian Paralympic athlete competing in T20-classification middle-distance running events. In 2021, she won the silver medal in the women's 1500 metres T20 event at the 2020 Summer Paralympics in Tokyo, Japan. She also represented Ukraine at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio, Brazil and she won the bronze medal in the women's 1500 metres T20 event.
Marlene van Gansewinkel is a Dutch Paralympic athlete. In 2021, she won the gold medal in both the women's 100 metres T64 and 200 metres T64 events at the 2020 Summer Paralympics in Tokyo, Japan. She also won the bronze medal in the women's long jump T64 event.
