Preacher is an American comic book series published from 1995 to 2000 by Vertigo, an imprint of DC Comics. The series was created by writer Garth Ennis and artist Steve Dillon, with painted covers by Glenn Fabry.

The film stars Rogen as the Green Hornet, a character created by George W. Trendle and Fran Striker in 1936. Jay Chou plays his sidekick Kato, while Christoph Waltz, Cameron Diaz, Edward James Olmos, David Harbour and Tom Wilkinson also feature. In the film, a newspaper publisher's son, following his father's sudden death, teams up with a martial arts-skilled mechanic to become crime-fighting vigilantes, attracting the attention of a Russian mobster.
50/50 is a 2011 American comedy-drama film directed by Jonathan Levine, written by Will Reiser, and starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Seth Rogen, Anna Kendrick, Bryce Dallas Howard, and Anjelica Huston. The film is loosely inspired by Reiser's own experience with cancer, with Rogen's character Kyle based on Rogen himself. It was filmed from February to March 2010.

This Is the End is a 2013 American apocalyptic fantasy comedy film written, directed and produced by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg in their directorial debuts. It is a feature-length film adaptation of Rogen and Goldberg's short film Jay and Seth Versus the Apocalypse (2007), which was directed by Jason Stone, who serves as an executive producer on the film. Starring an ensemble cast including James Franco, Jonah Hill, Rogen, Jay Baruchel, Danny McBride, Craig Robinson, Michael Cera and Emma Watson, the film centers on fictionalized versions of its cast in the wake of a global biblical apocalypse in Los Angeles.

Sausage Party: Foodtopia is an adult animated television series that serves as a sequel to the film Sausage Party (2016) created by Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, Kyle Hunter, and Ariel Shaffir and developed by Kyle Hunter and Ariel Shaffir for Amazon Prime Video. it features the returning voices of Rogen, Kristen Wiig, Michael Cera, David Krumholtz, Edward Norton and Scott "Diggs" Underwood, with Will Forte, Natasha Rothwell, Sam Richardson, and Yassir Lester voicing new characters.
