Winston DeLattiboudere III (born January 21, 1998) is an American professional football coach who is the defensive line coach for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Minnesota and previously served as an assistant coach at the University of Minnesota, University of Akron, University of Oregon and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
From 2015 to 2019, DeLattiboudere played as a defensive lineman at the University of Minnesota.
In 2020, DeLattiboudere began his coaching career as a graduate assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
In 2021, DeLattiboudere joined the University of Oregon as a graduate assistant.
In 2022, DeLattiboudere was hired as the defensive line coach at the University of Akron.
In 2023, DeLattiboudere joined the Green Bay Packers under the Bill Walsh NFL diversity coaching fellowship. [1]
In 2023, DeLattiboudere was hired as the defensive line coach at the University of Minnesota. [2] On February 2, 2024, DeLattiboudere was promoted to assistant head coach. [3]
On February 12, 2025, DeLattiboudere was hired by the Arizona Cardinals as their defensive line coach under head coach Jonathan Gannon. [4]
