La Crosse County is a county located in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. At the 2020 census, the population was 120,784. Its county seat is La Crosse. La Crosse County is included in the La Crosse-Onalaska, WI-MN Metropolitan Statistical Area with a population of 139,627 and is the most populous county on Wisconsin's western border.

Located in western Wisconsin, the district comprises the eastern half of Eau Claire County and part of southeast Chippewa County. It includes the downtown and the east side of the city of Eau Claire, along with the cities of Altoona and Augusta, and the villages of Cadott, Fairchild, and Fall Creek. The district contains landmarks such as Confluence Commercial Historic District, and the historic U.S. Post Office and Courthouse. The district is represented by Democrat Jodi Emerson, since January 2019.

Steven P. Doyle is an American lawyer and Democratic politician from La Crosse County, Wisconsin. He is a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the 94th Assembly district since May 2011. The 94th Assembly district covers most of La Crosse County outside of the city of La Crosse. He also serves on the La Crosse County board of supervisors, and was chairman from 2002 through 2011.

Olympus Water & Theme Park, and the Noah's Ark Water Park. The seat is represented by Republican Alex Dallman since January 2021. After the 2024 redistricting, Dallman no longer resides in the new district.
