Wojciech Jankowski (born 1 April 1963) is a Polish rower.

In 2009, he was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta for outstanding contributions to the development of sport, for achievements in training and coaching as well as outstanding sporting achievements.

Following his playing career, Jankowski was an officer in the United States Navy during World War II before working for Miller Brewing Company and becoming a coach at Whitefish Bay High School. He has a descendant living in Waukesha, Wisconsin, named Carley Fanone with her husband James, and son, Sonny.
