Yevgeniy Meleshenko (born 19 January 1981) is a Kazakhstani hurdler.
He finished fifth at the 2002 World Junior Championships, won the silver medal at the 2001 Summer Universiade and finished ninth at the 2006 World Cup. He also finished seventh in the 4x400 metres relay at the 2005 Summer Universiade. [1]
On the regional level he won the bronze medal at the 2002 Asian Championships, the silver medals at the 2003 and 2005 Asian Championships and the gold medal at the 2007 Asian Championships. He finished fourth at the 2006 Asian Games. He also won a gold in the Athletics at the 2003 Afro-Asian Games.
He also competed at the World Championships in 2003, 2005 and 2007 as well as the Olympic Games in 2004 and the 2008 without reaching the final.
His personal best time is 48.46 seconds, achieved at the 2001 Summer Universiade in Beijing.
Vadims Vasiļevskis is a retired Latvian track and field athlete who competed in the javelin throw. He won silver at the 2004 Summer Olympics. His personal best throw of 90.73 m, set in 2007, is the Latvian record. In 2008, Vasiļevskis was awarded the Latvian Order of the Three Stars for his achievements in athletics.

Maurren Higa Maggi is a Brazilian retired track and field athlete and Olympic gold medallist. She is the South American record holder in the 100 metres hurdles and long jump, with 12.71 seconds and 7.26 metres respectively. She also has a best of 14.53 metres in the triple jump – a former South American record. She is the first Brazilian woman to win an Olympic gold medal in an individual sport.

Nicola Vizzoni is a male hammer thrower from Italy. He won the silver medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics and ten years later at the 2010 European Athletics Championships. His personal best throw is 80.50 metres, achieved in July 2001 in Formia.

Yernar Saparbekovich Yerimbetov is a Kazakhstani artistic gymnast. He is the 2006 Asian Games vault bronze medalist and the 2003 Summer Universiade vault and parallel bars champion and all-around silver medalist. He represented Kazakhstan at the 2004 Summer Olympics, finishing 14th in the all-around and eighth in the parallel bars final.
Olga RypakovaAlekseyeva; 30 November 1984) is a former Kazakhstani track and field athlete. Originally a heptathlete, she switched to focus on the long jump and began to compete in the triple jump after 2007. Her first successes came in the combined events at Asian competitions – she won the women's pentathlon at the 2005 Asian Indoor Games and took the heptathlon gold at the 2006 Asian Games the following year.

Kim Kun-Woo is a South Korean track and field athlete who competes in the decathlon. He is a two-time Asian Games medallist in the event, as well having won medals at the Asian Athletics Championships and East Asian Games.
Wachara Sondee is a Thai track and field athlete who competes in sprinting events. He primarily competes in the 100 metres and 60 metres and is the Thai national record holder for the shorter distance with his best of 6.65 seconds.

He represented his country at the 2012 Summer Olympics, and the World Championships in Athletics in 2009 and 2011. He was the triple jump gold medallist at the 2011 Asian Athletics Championships and was runner-up at the 2010 Asian Games. Ektov has also won medals at the Asian Indoor Games and Asian Indoor Athletics Championships. His personal best for the event was 17.07 metres, set in 2008, improved to 17.22, set in 2012. He is married to Irina Ektova.
