Yusuf Alli (born 28 July 1960 in Lagos) is a retired Nigerian long jumper, and three-time Olympian. He is best known for his gold medal at the 1990 Commonwealth Games.
His personal best is 8.27 metres, achieved at the 1989 African Championships in Athletics in Lagos, the Nigerian record. [1] He also achieved 8.39 metres at the Commonwealth Games (1990). He jumped in college for the University of Missouri where he still holds the school records for the long jump - both indoor and outdoor (set in 1984 and 1983 respectively). [2]

Sunday Bada was a Nigerian sprinter who specialized in the 400 metres event. He won three medals at the World Indoor Championships, including a gold medal in 1997. His personal best time was 44.63 seconds, and with 45.51 seconds indoor he holds the African indoor record. He set a national record in the 4 x 400 metres relay at the 2000 Olympics, where the Nigerian team also won gold medals after the disqualification of the US team who had finished first.

He set the current UK junior indoor record and was 1 cm shy of the outdoor junior record. He was the 1999 European Athletics Junior Championships Champion, and came 5th at the 2002 Commonwealth Games. After multiple indoor and outdoor UK titles, he later switched to compete for Nigeria. Since competing for Nigeria he has won back-to-back African Championships in Athletics titles and the Commonwealth Games championship and is the current All-Africa Games Champion. At the 2012 Summer Olympics Oke finished seventh in the triple jump final, the best Nigerian result of the Games.
