Zachaeus is a genus of harvestmen in the family Phalangiidae. [1]
Linyphiidae is a family of very small spiders comprising 4694 described species in 623 genera worldwide. This makes Linyphiidae the second largest family of spiders after the Salticidae. The family is poorly known; new genera and species are still being discovered throughout the world. The newest such genus is Himalafurca from Nepal, formally described in April 2021 by Tanasevitch. Because of the difficulty in identifying such tiny spiders, there are regular changes in taxonomy as species are combined or divided.
Dictynidae is a family of cribellate, hackled band-producing spiders first described by Octavius Pickard-Cambridge in 1871. Most build irregular webs on or near the ground, creating a tangle of silken fibers among several branches or stems of one plant.
Opilio is a genus of harvestmen with more than 60 known species.
Tridenchthoniidae is a family of pseudoscorpions within the superfamily Chthonioidea. The family comprises one fossil and 15 recent genera, containing 70 species:
The Phalangiidae are a family of harvestmen with about 380 known species. The best known is Phalangium opilio. Dicranopalpus ramosus is an invasive species in Europe.
The Nemastomatidae are a family of harvestmen with about 170 described species in 16 recent genera. Several fossil species and genera are known.
Aplousobranchia is an order of sea squirts in the class Ascidiacea. They are colonial animals, and are distinguished from other sea squirts by the presence of relatively simple pharyngeal baskets. This provides the etymology of their name: in ancient greek, ἁ.πλοος-ους (ha.ploos-ous) means "simple". The posterior part of the abdomen contains the heart and gonads, and is typically larger than in other sea squirts.
Lacinius is a genus of harvestmen in the family Phalangiidae.
Odiellus is a genus of harvestmen in the family Phalangiidae.
Egaenus is a genus of harvestmen in the family Phalangiidae.
Bunochelis is a genus of harvestmen in the family Phalangiidae.
Cristina is a genus of harvestmen in the family Phalangiidae.
Dasylobus is a genus of harvestmen in the family Phalangiidae.
Metadasylobus is a genus of harvestmen in the family Phalangiidae.
Rhampsinitus is a genus of harvestmen in the family Phalangiidae.
Platybunus is a genus of harvestmen in the family Phalangiidae.
Olpiidae is a family of pseudoscorpions in the superfamily Garypoidea. It contains the following genera:
Metaphalangium cirtanum is a species of harvestman belonging to the family Phalangiidae.
Nemastomatinae is a subfamily of harvestmen with 123 described species in 18 genera.
