Zaingair is a group of villages in the Sopore constituency of Baramulla district, Jammu and Kashmir. It is the largest area in Sopore. It comprises about 38 villages spread over three tehsils of Sopore.
The main villages comprising Zaingair are Hathlangoo Warpora,Janwara, Malmapanpora, Malpora, Boyingoo, Watlab, Tujar, Bomai, Logripora, Goripora, Saidpora, Dooru, Dangarpora, Brath, semporaWadoora, Seelo, and Zaloora.
Apple business is the main source of livelihood of the people in Zangair. There are numerous educational institutions located in Zangair. Agriculture University is also located in Wadoora Sopore.
Zangair belt of Sopore has long been a separatist stronghold. Recently, Govt cut Sopore constituency by half by bifurcating the Zangair belt and merging more than half of it with Rafiabad Constituency leading to dissent and anguish among local populace, as merging vital belt of Sopore with nearby Rafiabad sans all logic and depicts unravelling and disintegrating of Constituencies mere for political benefits.
Baramulla district or Varmul is one of the 20 districts in the Indian-administered union territory of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) in the disputed Kashmir region. Baramulla town is the administrative headquarters of this district. The district covered an area of 4,588 km2 (1,771 sq mi) in 2001, but it was reduced to 4,243 km2 (1,638 sq mi) at the time of 2011 census. The village is home to over 6,530 chollas (stoves), indicating its size and the number of households. Zaloora is the third largest village in the Zaingair region, following Dangerpora and Shiva. It shares its boundaries with Harwan to the east, Tujjar Sharief to the southeast, and Unisoo to the west and south.
Hadipora is a village in Baramulla district, Jammu and Kashmir. It is 8 km (5.0 mi) away from Sopore town. The village is known as the 'Heart of Rafiabad' as it is surrounded by the main villages of Rafiabad like Achabal, Rebban, Chatloora, Lasser and Chigham. This village is accessible by the National Highway which connects it to Handwara, Kupwara and other northern regions of Kashmir.
Govt. Degree College Hadipora, Rafiabad is a college, located 9 kilometers away from Sopore in Jammu and Kashmir. This college is one of the 22 colleges approved by the government under a centrally-sponsored scheme called "Establishment of Model Degree Colleges in Educationally Backward Districts" in June 2011. Gh Nabi Lone is the Principal of the college.
Achabal is the village in Baramulla district, Jammu and Kashmir |Jammu and Kashmir. It is around 5 km (3.1 mi) away from Sopore town. The village is surrounded by the villages of like Lorihama, Alsafa Colony, Ladoora and Ferozpora. Its Block is Nadihal, Constituency Rafiabad, Post Office Rohama, Zone/ Police Station/ Tehsil/ District Baramulla, and Jammu and Kashmir. There are Eight Mohalas in the village namely sadeeque colony, Alnoor colony,Usmaan Abaad, Eidgah colony, Gazi Mohalla,sofi mohalla, Dar Mohalla, and Peer Mohalla. Recently the village was given a new administrative unit (Nayabat).

Watergam Rafiabad, is a town located in Baramulla district in the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. It is 58 km (36 mi) north-west of Srinagar, and 15 km (9 mi) from the city of Baramulla. It is located on the banks of Nallah Hamal running parallel to the Baramulla-Rafiabad-Kupwara National Highway NH-701.
