The legislative districts of Zamboanga City are the representations of the highly urbanized city of Zamboanga in the various national legislatures of the Philippines. The city is currently represented in the lower house of the Congress of the Philippines through its first and second congressional districts.

It consists of the entire municipality of Pateros and the eastern Taguig barangays of Bagumbayan, Bambang, Calzada, Hagonoy, Ibayo-Tipas, Ligid-Tipas, Lower Bicutan, New Lower Bicutan, Napindan, Palingon, San Miguel, Santa Ana, Tuktukan, Ususan and Wawa. The district is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Ricardo S. Cruz Jr. of the Nacionalista Party (NP).

It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Antonieta Eudela of the Lakas–CMD.
Zamboanga City's at-large congressional district is an obsolete congressional district that encompassed the entire Zamboanga City prior to its 2004 reapportionment that took effect in 2007. It existed from 1984 to 2007, when Zamboanga elected a representative city-wide at-large to the Batasang Pambansa and to the restored House of Representatives. Before 1984 when it was granted its own seat in the regular Batasan assembly as a highly-urbanized city, Zamboanga was represented as part of the multi-member Region IX's at-large assembly district for the Interim Batasang Pambansa and was also earlier included in Zamboanga del Sur's at-large congressional district for the Third Philippine Republic congresses. It was last represented by Erico Basilio Fabian of the Laban ng Demokratikong Pilipino (LDP).
Zamboanga City's 2nd congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in Zamboanga City. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 2007. It was created by the 2004 reapportionment that divided the city into two congressional districts and which took effect in 2007. The district is composed of 60 barangays in the city's east coast and includes Sacol and Vitali islands, as well as parts of its downtown commercial area east of Veterans Avenue. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Manuel Jose Dalipe of the Lakas–CMD.

It was created by the 2007 reapportionment that divided the city into two congressional districts and which took effect in the same year. The district is composed of the barangays located east of the Cagayan River and includes the city's downtown commercial core and port area. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Rufus Rodriguez of the Centrist Democratic Party of the Philippines (CDP).
Basilan's at-large congressional district refers to the lone congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Basilan. The province has been represented in the country's national legislatures since 1984. It first elected a representative provincewide at-large during the 1984 Philippine parliamentary election following the restoration of provincial and city district representation in the Batasang Pambansa where Basilan had previously been included in the regionwide representation of Western Mindanao for the interim parliament. The province, created by the 1973 separation from Zamboanga del Sur of the entire island with its two municipal districts and the municipality of Isabela outside its poblacion which was earlier organized as the City of Basilan separated from Zamboanga City, was formerly represented as part of Zamboanga del Sur's, Zamboanga's and Department of Mindanao and Sulu's at-large representations in earlier legislatures. Since the 1987 restoration of Congress following the ratification of a new constitution, Basilan has been entitled to one member in the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Mujiv Hataman of the Basilan Unity Party (BUP).
