The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 24, 2007. It includes 37 contributing buildings and three contributing sites.
The Redford Township District No. 5 School is a school building located at 18499 Beech Daly Road in Redford, Michigan. After 1923, the school was known as the Redford Union District No. 1 School, and the building was also called the Beech Road School. It is now known as the John C. Raeside Administration Building. It was designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1994 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.

The Greenfield Union School is a school located at 420 West 7 Mile Road in Detroit, Michigan. A part of Detroit Public Schools (DPS), the school building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.
The Lamar Building is a 17-story skyscraper in Augusta, Georgia. It was scheduled to be completed in 1916, but the Augusta Fire of 1916 forced crews to demolish the building and restart. It was finally completed in 1918. A penthouse level was added in 1976, designed by I. M. Pei. In July 2011, the architectural critic James Howard Kunstler labeled it his "Eyesore of the Month", saying the addition is reminiscent of a Darth Vader helmet.
M Street High School, also known as Perry School, is a historic former school building located in the Northwest Quadrant of Washington, D.C. It has been listed on the District of Columbia Inventory of Historic Sites since 1978 and it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. The building escaped demolition with community support and the efforts of preservationists and is now a community center.
Charlestown Village Historic District is a national historic district located in Charlestown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It is adjacent to the Middle Pickering Rural Historic District. It encompasses 21 contributing buildings and 1 contributing structure on 7 properties in the crossroads village of Charlestown. They date between about 1740 and 1870, and are reflective of a number of popular architectural styles including Late Victorian and Italianate. The oldest is the Job Harvey House, built about 1740. Also included is the Charlestown Woolen Mill (1862-1865), William Nixon House, Charlestown Methodist Episcopal Church, Moses King House, William Howard house and wheelwright shop, and the "Town Hall."
The Old Meigs County Courthouse is a historic former government building in the small community of Chester, Ohio, United States. Erected in the early nineteenth century, the courthouse served multiple purposes for the surrounding community in its early years, but it operated as a courthouse for less than twenty years before being abandoned in favor of another courthouse in another community. Following a restoration in the 1950s, it was designated a historic site in the 1970s along with an adjacent school; the two buildings are operated together as a museum. It is Ohio's oldest extant building constructed as a courthouse.

It encompasses 91 contributing buildings and 1 contributing structure in the central business district of Henderson. The district developed between about 1881 and 1937 and includes notable examples of Romanesque Revival and Classical Revival architecture styles. Located in the district are the separately listed Henderson Fire Station and Municipal Building, Vance County Courthouse, and Zollicoffer's Law Office. Other notable buildings include the (former) First National Bank (1921), Davis Department Store, P. H. Rose Building, Gaston Railroad Depot, Pogue's Tobacco Works, J, A. Kelly Tobacco Prizehouse, (former) H. Leslie Perry Public Library, (former) United States Post Office (1911) designed by the Office of the Supervising Architect under James Knox Taylor, O'Neil Building, First United Methodist Church (1930), Holy Innocents Episcopal Church, and First Presbyterian Church.
Dutch Ridge Historic District is a national historic district located in Perry Township, Allen County, Indiana. The district encompasses two contributing buildings and one contributing site in Perry Township. They are the Perry Township District School #1, or Dutch Ridge School (1888) with Queen Anne style design elements and the Late Gothic Revival style Salem Reformed Church (1876). Also located in the district is the Dutch Ridge Cemetery.
Old Perry County Courthouse, also known as Rome Schoolhouse, is a historic courthouse located in Tobin Township, Perry County, Indiana. The building is located near the center of the community of Rome, Indiana. It was built in 1818, and is a two-story, square brick building with a hipped roof topped by a central cupola. The building served as the seat of county government until 1859. It then housed a school until 1966.
The Pleasant Lawn School Historic District is a nationally recognized historic district located northeast of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. At the time of its nomination it consisted of three resources, all of which are contributing buildings. This is the only intact example of a consolidated rural school district in Iowa. It consists of a two-story brick school building (1917), a two-story frame teacherage (1917), and a hack barn. A gymnasium was added to the school building in 1941. The school was still in existence when the buildings were added to the National Register.
